A sad Story - The New Love Part 4

John slowly accepted the fact that Jesslyn was gone. Jesslyn was just like a friend who came into his life for a while and now left his life. What were left were those memories about Jesslyn and all the things that they had done together. John no wonder wanted to force being with Jesslyn and he wished all the best for Jesslyn. John knew that as long as Jesslyn was happy being as what she was now, he would be happy too. He decided to let go and continued with his life. He came to a conclusion that he should be wasting his time and decided to think for his future. So he decided to get a better job and also studied part time.

In a short time, he got into a new job. This job seemed to be interesting and nice because the boss and the colleagues were good and John got along well with them and he really loved this job. As for studies, John didn’t know what to study. Thus, he asked Jane for some advices. They had a short conversation and Jane knew that she couldn’t suggest much to John. She told John to choose what he liked to study and just don’t regret in the future. After some thoughts, John roughly had some ideas on what course to study and he went to register for it.

Images of Jason always appeared in Jane’s mind. She just couldn’t get Jason out of her mind. So, Jane decided to express her love for Jason. She would now wait for the right time to do it. But she didn’t know when was the right time and didn’t know how to do it. In final word, she is just being shy. When she was out with Jason, she just couldn’t say directly to him. Something just stuck in her mouth that she could say what she wanted to say to Jason. This is not going to work at all and it will just keep on dragging. Since Jane couldn’t say directly to Jason, she got to find another way that could effectively express her likings towards Jason. She decided to write a letter to tell everything to Jason.

And now Jane would have a hard time thinking what to write in the letter. She knows by hook or by crook, she must get it done. In the letter, she expressed her love for Jason. She said that she would be happy being his girlfriend and asked how he felt towards her. After saying what she wanted to say that she couldn’t say to Jason directly, now she was thinking when she would pass the letter to Jason. Jane would give it to Jason when the time was right or rather when she finally got the courage to pass to him.

John was finally settled at his work place. He got to know more friends be it girls or boys. Sometimes, John would still think back of his past. He knew that he had missed a lot of good things and now he no longer able to get them back. The time is always passing, once you choose to pass by it, you can never get it back. John knew the fact that nothing was going to be back like the past so he moved forward. He hoped that he would find a suitable girl or if not, led a better life happily with no worries. Now after work, he enjoyed the companions of his friends when he didn’t have lessons. He just hope to live his life to the fullest. As he went out more often with his friends, he mixed with more people and got to know more friends.

Jane finally decided to pass the letter to Jason today. She arranged with Jason to meet him today without telling him much. She passed the letter to him and asked him to open up only when he reached home. Jason was feeling surprised and wondered what was written inside. He followed what Jane said and opened it only when he reached home. Jane was feeling nervous and excited on what Jason would be telling her. Whatever is it, she finally can take a deep breathe because she had done what she supposed and wanted to do and now would be just waiting for Jason’s reply.

A sad Story - The New Love Part 3

John still didn’t want to give up the hope of being with Jesslyn again. He wanted to know the reason why Jesslyn would just avoid her overnight and still finding ways to find out the reason. John just couldn’t accept the fact that would happen. He thought to himself, all along with all his ex-girlfriends who loved him so much, did so many things for him, giving in to him, dote and care for him so much and then in the end, it was him who didn’t want to be with them again and broke off with them. But now, it was the girl who he loved that ignored him and didn’t care much about him after they got together. He finally experienced the feelings of being dumped and insisted that he shouldn’t be experiencing that. He couldn’t accept it and kept wanting to know the main reason behind it if not he would give up.

John managed to get some information from Jesslyn’s friends. It seemed that somehow the reason could be something to do with Jesslyn’s ex-boyfriend. Few days had passed, John finally got to meet up with Jesslyn and they had a long talk with each other. Jesslyn confessed to John that she just got back together with her ex-boyfriend again. They had some misunderstands in the past and now she discovered that she still loved her ex-boyfriend and they got together again. Only until now she got the courage to tell everything to John about it. She had nothing much to say except saying sorry to him. Jesslyn enjoyed the times she spent together with John and loved him too but she just couldn’t forget about her ex-boyfriend and knew that she loved her ex-boyfriend more than she loved him.

John got depressed about it. He thought Jesslyn would be the ideal girlfriend and even the ideal wife for him but too bad, she chose her ex-boyfriend over him. This incident made John being unhappy for many days. During those times, images of Jesslyn just always got into John’s mind. He just hoped it wasn’t the truth but it was. John knew that relationship just didn’t work for him at all and decided not to get into relationship for the time being. He focused his time on his work so that he wouldn’t have much time to think about Jesslyn or other unhappy stuffs. John called Jane and told her about it. Jane didn’t really feel sad for John and instead felt happy for John. It is because all along she thinks that Jesslyn wouldn’t be a nice girlfriend for John and hopes that John would find someone better. John said a lot nice things about Jesslyn, like what the good things that she did for him and everything that she did made John think that she would be the ideal boyfriend. Jane told John not to say any more things about Jesslyn and asked him to forget about her and start a new life and John said he would.

Now it will be about Jane’s problems. Jane knew that she was already fallen in love with Jason. But Jane had so low confidence about herself and just didn’t want to start a new relationship. This matter really got Jane to think about it a lot of times. She just got lost on what to do next. She just hoped somehow one day this problem would be solved itself without her doing anything or deciding anything. She thought maybe Jason wouldn’t like her at all or maybe she didn’t like him at all. Jane was thinking whether she should avoid Jason so that she would have to think so much about it. She stopped herself from thinking so much and let nature took place itself.

Instead of drifting away from Jason, Jane seemed to get even close with Jason. Jane would think of Jason any times of the day. They would go out together when they were free and as always they would have great times together. One day while they were messaging each other, Jane told Jason that she started to like him and guess wad, Jason replied saying that he got some likings for her too. I supposed that message brighten up the life for them. And now finally they got the assurance from each other that they got feelings for each other. I supposed they would get together soon?

Jane thought to herself, all along it should always be the guy to express the love to the girl. But in today times, girl can express her love to guy too. Jane was thinking maybe Jason would not express his love for her so she was thinking whether to express her love to him first. She was shy and didn’t know what to do. She was thinking whether she should do it, how she should do it, when she should do it or whether she should wait for Jason to do it. Jane just got so many thinking to think and guess what she would do?

A sad Story - The New Love Part 2

The love between John and Jesslyn increased and they enjoyed each other company for the past 2 months. John had fallen in love deeply with Jesslyn. After being with her, he knew that she was very nice to him and was really a caring girl. Jesslyn was like the greatest girlfriend that he could ever find now. He thought maybe both of them would got together for long but things just didn’t turn the way he wanted it to be. Jesslyn stopped contact with John and seemed to be avoiding him. John just felt so lost and couldn’t understand why Jesslyn changed to be another person overnight. He didn’t know what went wrong with their relationship and the day before they were still happily going out together.

John messaged Jesslyn few times but she just didn’t reply any of his messages. He called her few times too but she only picked up once and said she was busy and didn’t talk much at all. John didn’t what to do at all, he felt so lost, so frustrated and so confused. John called Jane up and had a talk with her. Jane heard him sounding so depressed decided to meet him up and had a talk with him and see how she could help him. Initially when Jane asked John what actually happened to him, John didn’t want to say at all. Jane guessed it must be got to do with his new love, Jesslyn. So she tried to keep pester John to say it out and in the end, he said everything to Jane. Then John asked Jane what she should do now.

Being an outsider, Jane also didn’t know what actually happened and didn’t know how to help John out. Jane said to John that maybe Jesslyn had a new boyfriend and wanted to break off with him and that was the reason she had been avoiding him. Upon hearing that, John got so depressed and just couldn’t accept that as the fact. John didn’t want to believe that that was the truth and still hoped that Jesslyn would be with her again but he just couldn’t understand why Jesslyn would avoid him. Jane didn’t want John to keep bluffing himself and just kept telling John that Jesslyn didn’t like him and wanted to break of with him and just that she didn’t know how to say that to him so she chose to avoid him. John just almost wanted to cry out in the public when Jane said that but he still managed to hold it. John said that Jane was meaning saying all the negative things to him but Jane knew she was just being good to let John facing the fact and not avoid it.

Jane told John to face the problem himself and only he himself could help himself. She told him not to brood over it too much and maybe Jesslyn would call him up soon and explain everything to him. John could also continue to find Jesslyn to ask her for an explanation. If not, just forget about Jesslyn. John said he could do that, he was really in deeply in love with Jesslyn and she was just the ideal girlfriend he could find now. He just hoped she would be last girlfriend that he would have. But why would such things happen? Jane just didn’t know how to comfort John and both went home after the dinner. Jane just hopes that John would be happy and hopes the problem between Jesslyn and him would resolve soon.

As for Jane, she just continued with her own life. She got to interact with Jason even more and she was thinking whether she was really in love with him. One part of her tells her not to get into a relationship so soon but the other part of her just tells her to fall in love with Jason. Jane was lost and didn’t know to do. She just took a step to see another step. She didn’t expect much, she would just get what she got. She didn’t want to stress herself so much with such stuffs. She believed that thing that belonged to you will be yours eventually. If it wasn’t yours, no matter how much you do, what you do, it was still not belong to you.

Both Jane and Jason just got together well and often meet up together when they were free. Initially, Jason just felt so awkward going out alone with Jason but as times slowly passed by, the awkwardness just wasn’t there. Both of them just enjoyed each other company and were happily being together. Both of them got to know each other even better. These just go on for few weeks. Jane wanted to express her liking towards Jason to Jason but she just didn’t do that. She thought maybe if Jason like her too, he would say that to her. But she didn’t expect Jason to say that, she would rather she herself to say that to him first. Jane just didn’t have the courage to open her mouth to say to Jason. She just hoped maybe one day she had the special courage to express her liking towards Jason and these went on for another few weeks.

It seemed both Jane and Jason had little likings towards each other but neither one said anything about it to each other. Maybe in some ways, both of them did indirectly hinted that they liked each other, but without the person himself/herself saying it to another person, the person will not be sure whether it is true or not. Jane and Jason just carried on being like normal friends.

A sad Story - The New Love Part 1

Jane slowly got used the life without John. She knew John was happily with Jenny and she tried not to get with John so much or maybe not at all. When Jane got news about how happy John is being with Jenny, she got a bit jealous but deep inside, she knew she felt happy for him. Love is not about having the person and it is to see the person happy. What’s more is that Jane no longer felt any love or hatred towards John. Think John has slowly becoming just like a normal friend to Jane. Even when they both meet up, Jane no longer feel so awkward. She knew they were just friends and the past feelings were gone. Jane didn’t think much about relationship, she just hoped to finish her studies and there was nothing else to bother her much.

On the other hand, John was happily being with Jenny. He got the feelings of being love and it was great. But sometimes, a couple would just quarrel over some misunderstandings that occurred. John was quite stubborn and didn’t like to give in and Jenny would always give in eventually. When John was free, he would just call Jane up and had a talk with her. John would tell Jane that he missed her and that was the reason why he called her. Jane thinks likewise, it must be John who was bored then he would find her to talk for some entertainments. As usual, Jane would ask John about his relationship whether they were still happily together. Jane doesn’t think that Jenny was a suitable girl for John and always asks him to get a better girl but she know what important is that they are happily together and thus, she no longer ask John to get a new girl. Seeing them being together for quite some times, Jane thought maybe they would really get together for long.

John asked Jane out for dinner several times as they had not met up for a long time. Jane was busy with her school works during the weekdays and could only make it on weekends. After rejecting John for few times because she was busy, Jane finally made up some of her time to meet John up. One day after Jane finished school in the late evening, she met John for dinner. Seeing John doesn’t make Jane excited or happy at all. As usual, Jane would ask John about his relationship. To her surprise, John told her they had broken up two weeks ago. Jane thought maybe John was joking and asked more. After that, Jane believed that they really broke up. Jane asked the reason and John said it was because he felt that he no longer had the love between Jenny and him and that was the reason he broke off with Jenny. Jane asked is it because John had a new girl? John replied no. Anyway Jane didn’t care much whether Jane was saying the truth of false, John said what and she would just listen.

Jane said Jenny must be very heartbroken over the breakup. Jane then asked whether both of them were still in contact and met up together recently and John replied yes. Jane told John to leave Jenny alone. You wanted someone to forget about you, just leave that person alone. Don’t try to console or comfort because it may seem that you are trying to give that person any hopes. John told Jane not to say about Jenny because it was really over between them and they were just friends only. There came John asking Jane a question, “Do you think we will get together again?” Jane was surprised with the question and replied “Maybe and maybe not.” But deep inside her heart, she didn’t feel anything. The thought of her being together with John again didn’t come at all. John looked normal, so Jane supposed she didn’t need to comfort John over the breakup. She just hoped that John was happy. After the dinner, both of them went home.

For the next few days, Jane called John up to check whether he was really getting on well. John was coping well and working happily in the new company so Jane didn’t bother him much and concentrate on her own stuffs. At her school, Jane got to know new friends and often got to meet them up for some outings. And that was when they got to know one another well. She realised that having a boyfriend isn’t everything to her because she still have her family and her friends. Slowly, she lost the feeling of love. She thinks that she doesn’t know how to love a person and the word ‘love’ is just not in her mind at all. She continued to lead the life she was living now and believed things that belonged to her would be her eventually.

About half a year had passed and Jane and John continued to lead their own lives but once a while, they would catch up on each other by a phone call or meet up. John enjoyed himself working in the new company and mixed well with his colleagues. He came to know a girl, named Jesslyn, who he thinks was quite cute and pretty. The girl caught John’s attention and he started to have some likings towards the girl. John’s colleagues knew about it and tried to get the girl number for John and also tried to get them together. So John and Jesslyn started to go out together and got to know more about each other. Slowly, they started to have some likings towards each other. John started to feel love again and he started to think that Jesslyn is really a nice girl. Jesslyn treated John well and cared a lot for him.

One day, John called Jane again to have a talk when he was bored. Jane asked about John new company and John talked about Jesslyn. He told Jane that Jesslyn was quite attractive and started to say more about her. From the conservation, Jane knew that John got attracted by Jesslyn. Being curious, Jane started to ask John whether both of them started to be together and how was their progress. John replied that they were just friends only and just that Jesslyn started to work in the same company with him and now, they often interacted with each other. Finally, John confessed that he had some likings towards Jesslyn. Jane knew it because she thinks that she understood John in some ways. Jane started to ask questions about Jesslyn whether she was a suitable girl for John. Then John said that Jesslyn had some similar characters like her, just like Jenny also had some similar characters. Jane started to air her comments and insisted that she was different from the girls that John liked.

The conservation between them ended. Jane felt happy for John that he found his new love again. She was surprised that she didn’t feel jealous or unhappy about it. Think Jane had finally straightened her thoughts out and her broken heart had slowly been mended or maybe it had changed to a new one. She no longer have the thoughts of being with John again, she just hopes that John lives happily everyday. Having studied for about half a year, Jane got used to it. She didn’t aim to get good grades, she just hope to pass everything and at the end of the 2 year course, she would just graduate from it. Friends around Jane started to ask Jane to get a boyfriend but Jane thinks that getting a boyfriend isn’t easy. If the right one isn’t there, you wouldn’t be able to get one. So she gave the excuse that she wanted to focus her time in her studies and she would find a boyfriend after that.

Jane started to mix with this guy, named Jason, who was her classmates. From strangers when they first came to the school and now they become quite good friends. Somehow after they got to know more about each other, Jane started to have little liking towards him. It had been a long time since Jane got to experience the feeling of love. Initially, Jane thinks maybe it is just care and concern towards friends as the word love never comes to her mind. After much interacting with Jason, she thinks that she is slowly falling in love with him. They would chat online with each other almost every night and occasionally, Jane will think of Jason and wonder what he is doing. Sometimes, Jane just hopes that she doesn’t fall in love so early but it is just too late. It happens when it is least expected.

A sad story - The Second Breakup Part 2

This time round, Jane wasn’t as miserable as before. She knew that the second time she got together with John, the feeling wasn’t the same as before. Something was just so wrong but she didn’t know what it was. She let go of John believing that he really wanted to have more freedom and not to be committed to a relationship for some time. But for John, he think that this will really mark the end of their relationship though he do feel a little disappointed but the past feelings can never be felt and regained again. Once again, both of them continued their own living lifestyle.

With the absence of Jane, John and Jenny often got together because they worked together and sometimes would go out together. John realised that he had started to have a little likings towards Jenny even before he and Jane broke off but Jane didn’t know it at all. Jenny knew that John and Jane broke off again and thus believing that she and John would have the chance to be together. On Valentine Day, Jane, who had already broken with John, would be spending this day alone. She didn’t even think of asking John out that day because she knew she and John would not be together again. She spent her day that day at home because she didn’t want to see couples outside as it might make her feel sad about it or even made her think of John.

As for John, he spent that day working. He also didn’t think of asking Jane out that day. I supposed both of them think that it was really over between the both of them. Jenny was working that day with John also and after work, they went out together. They went beach together and had a good time together. That day, Jenny asked John to be her boyfriend. Guess what will be John reply? John really enjoyed the times being spent with Jane and also he did have some likings towards Jenny but still he had some hesitations. Jenny said that he was single now and maybe they should try being together, if they are not happy with each other next time then they will break off. Thus, John agreed to be Jenny’s boyfriend and Jenny felt very happy. She had been in love with John and finally got the chance being with him after John had broken off with Jane.

John didn’t tell Jane about it as he didn’t know how to break the news to her. He just didn’t hope to hurt Jane again and thus he kept the relationship from Jane. But such thing can never be hidden from Jane forever. After few weeks, Jane somehow got the news about John being together with Jenny. The moment she knew about it, her heart felt a sudden sharp pain. She couldn’t believe it at all and she felt betrayed. She believed John that he wanted some freedom and didn’t want to commit a relationship but now he got into a new relationship with Jenny. What worst is that John didn’t even want to tell her about it. The trust she had for John was once again broken. And now her heart was once again broken into even smaller pieces. Though being so miserable about it and the evidence that John was really being together with Jenny but Jane still chose not to believe it. All she wanted was to let John told her himself then she would really believed it.

Think Jane got into sad mode again. Maybe she still couldn’t get over John. I supposed Jane needed for time for it or maybe she would forever be like that. Finally, Jane got her courage to call John up and asked him about it. They talked for quite long and Jane asked John a lot of questions. The more Jane talked, they more she got disappointed and upset about it. John gave the reason that he didn’t know how to break up to new about his relationship with Jenny to her. He said he didn’t have the courage to do it and scared he would once again hurt Jane. Jane said that he had already hurt her and maybe hurt her even more when he tried to hide the matter from her. Jane asked a lot of ‘why’ questions but John didn’t know how to answer them. In the end, Jane gave up asking John any questions.

The next few days and weeks weren’t a good week for Jane. She just got so depressed with it that she was unable to focus on the things that she needed to do. She thinks that there is no point and no meaning in whatever things she does now. She lost the meanings in living her life now but at least she is realistic enough that she knows she got to keep it going. No matter how hard her life is, how bad she is feeling now, she will try to overcome it. And thus, all these will make her a stronger and better person next time. She got no one to turn to and she knew she got to stand up on her own because no one will always be there for her except herself. As for John, he enjoyed being with Jenny. The feelings that he failed to get from Jane were found from Jenny. As days passed by, they got closer together while Jane suffered alone.

Once a while, both John and Jane would call up each other and talked. Every time when John talked about Jenny, Jane just didn’t wish to hear it but she still listened when John talked about her. Jane didn’t want to disappoint John as he was happily talking about Jenny, saying how nice and wonderful Jenny was and would also say that Jenny and Jane got some similarities. Upon hearing that, Jane told her not to compare Jenny and her but they were both different people. Jane didn’t feel well after talking with John but they would still talk asking about each other. As days slowly passed by, Jane got used of being alone. She knew that John was never the same as before and they would never get together again. The hurts, the pains were slowly decreasing. Though Jane would not be as happy as before, but at least she also would not be as sad as before.

Jane started to think that maybe she no longer can give what John wanted and only Jenny could give it to him. So Jane slowly started to let go John and really hope that he would be a happier man now. Jane told herself she didn’t want to be sad anymore, she want to be back what she was like before. Jane didn’t want to let people who care for her to be worried for her and she want to be a strong girl. Jane knew having a boyfriend is not everything and she still had her friends who would stand by her and support her all the way. One year had passed, Jane and John lived their own lifestyle. Jane enrolled herself to a 2 years course in one of the local schools. She hoped to concentrate all her time to this course and at least learned something at the end of the course. While John was still being with Jenny, though sometime they would quarrel but in the end, both of them would still be together.

When John was free, he would ask Jane out to meet out since he very last time didn’t see her. But somehow, Jane wasn’t free and John thought that Jane didn’t want to see him at all. Jane did tell John before that she wouldn’t be happy going out with him, so she rather not going out. But after John asked Jane so many times, Jane would still meet up with John because she felt bad that John asked her out so many times and she rejected so now she would accept to go out with him. It is just like normal friends going out having coffee or dinner. As usual, they would ask about each other and everything was the same as before. One change is that when John talked about Jenny, Jane no longer feels anything. Maybe she got used to it or maybe she didn’t care much about it now.

A sad story - The Second Breakup Part 1

They continued being with each other after they set the agreement between themselves. Jane knew that she would stick to her words if John would to break the agreement. She regretted setting the agreement but that would be the only option she could do. She just prayed and hoped that John would keep to his promise. Both tried very hard to be with one another like they were before, but the feelings were just so different. They quarrelled frequently and even quarrelled over the smallest thing that happened. They started to show attitude towards one another. Last time it would seem to be John would always give in but now, it was Jane the one who gave in.

They were free that day when they only supposed to go to work at night so both of them went out together to walk around and maybe catch a movie in the afternoon. It is also quite a long time both of them went out happily together and enjoyed themselves. Jane told herself, she must try to make the day a happy one for both of them. Somehow things just didn’t go right. Something just happened and they had a small conflict. Both went off their own way but they still met each other at work. Jane told herself, is it her fault again? She thought to herself, “am I the one being petty and feeling jealous and thus resulting into this argument?” She just couldn’t get the answer. So, she tried to put the blame on John as she thinks the fault doesn’t lie on her. She hoped that John would admit it was his fault and apologised to her but that didn’t happen at all.

As for John, he thinks that Jane is just being so unreasonable. Maybe Jane really didn’t care and love him anymore. John thinks that Jane is now being so mean to him. Since Jane like to show attitude to him, he left her alone and let her be with she wanted. After the end of it, both still had some feelings for each other but both would just wait for each other to give in. At work, they did talk to each other. Jane asked John to eat supper together after work and initially John rejected but Jane persisted and kept asking John to go. Both met up each other after work and they went off together. They didn’t have supper because John didn’t have any appetite. So in the end, they took the same bus going home together. Both didn’t talk at all in the bus. Jane was thinking to herself in the bus, “Why did we become into this state again? Shouldn’t we being happily together?” John was just beside her but she felt that John was so far away from her. Jane was feeling so sad and miserable that she almost cried in the bus but she stopped those tears from dropping. She didn’t say her thoughts to John because she knew that the ending would still become the same thing.

John was feeling upset about it too. Both just thought about the same thing but both didn’t say anything to each other in the bus. He was helpless on what to do and he looked at Jane and could sense that Jane was really feeling miserable because her eyes seemed red and was seemed like crying. He got the urge to cry too but he too held on to his tears. John wanted to say something to Jane but he knew he was to say anything now, Jane may break down and cry so he thinks that silent is the best thing to do. It is quite sad for such thing to happen as a couple who love each other but still quarrel so often and thus slowly ruining their good relationship. Jane reached her house and she alighted from the bus. John was thinking whether to accompany Jane to walk to her house but in the end, he didn’t. He didn’t know what to say to her and he continued being in the bus and bid goodbye to Jane.

Both of them spent the night thinking about their relationship. They were just finding ways to improve their present relationship. They tried so hard to get together again and didn’t want to waste it. Who knows, this may be the last time they would be together? Both got together well again and didn’t mention anything about that night. One afternoon, John sent a message over to Jenny. He was wondering why Jenny didn’t message to him for the past few days and also he wanted to get something from Jenny. John thought it was no big deal and didn’t think that by sending this message is already breaking the promise and he didn’t tell Jane about it at all. He was quite smart to delete the messages that Jenny sent to him. That night, John and Jane arranged to go out and they had a great night. Who know good times always end quite fast. Jane was playing with the John’s phone and saw the messages that John sent to Jenny though she didn’t manage to find any message replied by Jenny. John didn’t delete the message that he sent to Jenny. The message read “How are you? How come you didn’t message me this afternoon?”

Jane’s heart was broken the moment she saw this message. She just hoped she didn’t see this message at all. Immediately, she thought of the promise that John promised her. Jane didn’t confronted John straightaway as she didn’t want to spoil the night for John. She message to John and asked him about it the next day. From that message, John knew Jane discovered it and knew that he had broken the promise. He didn’t know what to do so he didn’t reply Jane anything. Waited for some time for John’s reply, Jane just didn’t get any. She couldn’t wait any longer and called John for explanation. John said that he wanted to get something back from Jenny and that was the reason why he contacted Jenny. Jane just didn’t believe what John was saying and she think that John was just giving excuses. From the message, it was obviously that John looked for Jenny and he broke the agreement he promised.

John didn’t say much and it was just Jane doing most of the talking. For the second time, Jane asked for a breakup. And once again, John didn’t stop Jane. John said maybe it was good for the breakup and he needed some freedoms. He said she didn’t want to get attached and he wanted the freedom of being single. Upon reaching this, Jane thinks maybe she did the right thing. She fulfilled John’s wish and they got broke up for the second time. Jane thought to herself, as long John is happy, she would be happy too though she was sad with the breakup again. John, on the other hand, thinks that if a person really love another person, he/she will never say that he/she wants a breakup. She just followed what John said and now both led their own life.

A sad story - The togetherness

Jane made up her mind that day and decided to be with John again. Though in her heart she was still couldn’t forget the sadness and pains that she had gone through, she hoped that being with John again would make her the happy girl that she once was. Jane told herself that since she couldn’t totally forget about John, why not gave John and her one chance to be with each other again. Jane knew that if it was to fail again, she wouldn’t feel so regretted. It was because she knew that at least she had made an effort to try it out again. Of course in her heart, she hoped to be John and be liked what they were before and continued to be with each other forever. John showed a smile in his face when Jane agreed to be with him again. They finished their dinner and John sent Jane home. It seemed that it was a long time since the last time John sent Jane home.

After being separated for few months, now being together seemed to be a bit awkward. It seemed that both of them had become strangers but still, both tried to be liked what they were before. John was feeling happy that day. He told himself that this time round he was going to treasure Jane even more and dote more on her. He hoped that this time round nothing will go wrong again. It was because he knew the pains really hurt for the both of them. John did felt guilty sometimes for what he had done in the past. Whether is it that John really love Jane or is it that he was trying to make up for what he had done for Jane, John himself didn’t really know. But deep in his heart, he knew he still had the slightest feelings for Jane and he did think of her sometimes.

Everything goes very smoothly for both of them for the month. They went out together and did things together. It was like normally couple would do. But they seemed to have a barrier to overcome and that would be their friends and their family members. Jane’s friends were like against of her to be with John again. They reminded Jane of what John had done for her in the past and told her that in the future he might do it again. Jane never really cared much about what others had said. She just believed in the love she had for John and just hoped John had the love in her too. Jane had a thinking and that is, love is just between the both of them and no words from others or anyone that can really separate them if the love between them is strong enough.

As for John, he did feel bad about himself for treating Jane so badly in the past. Sometimes when he thought of it, he couldn’t forgive himself. He didn’t know how to face Jane’s friends and family members. He just think that he will not be well-liked by them again. But still for the love for Jane, John tried to overcome it. He didn’t try to avoid anything that comes by. If everything is just so simple, it will be great but the fact that it is not. There are just so many hidden things to be overcome by both of them. Both of them just got their own things to do, but this time round, they would try to make up more time for each other. They really enjoyed the times they spent being together. John still in contact with Jenny, the girl who had some likings in him, as Jenny would once a while send messages to him. Though Jenny knew John got back together with Jane, she didn’t care much. Jenny still continued to keep close with John as she liked him. John knew all these but didn’t really try to keep away from her. He knew he was now with Jane and just treated Jenny as his friend only.

Jane knew about Jenny trying to stay close with John and started to feel insecure. Jane didn’t wish to see Jenny as being the next June. Jane tried to develop a trust in John but it wasn’t easy. After the June’s incident, the trust in John doesn’t seem to be there. Jane didn’t say much about it to John. She told himself, if John really cared and loved her only, he wouldn’t give a second look on other girls. She just hoped that John would stay away from Jenny if Jenny was trying to stay close with him. Jane didn’t anything about it and just sat back to see what John would do. It was quite disappointing for Jane to know that John wasn’t doing anything and allow Jenny to stay close with him. They would always keep in contact by sending short messages to each other and sometimes even talked on phone. John didn’t tell all these to Jane and it was she herself who discovered all these. Jane started to wonder is John being truthful to her. For John, he didn’t think much about it. He treated Jenny as normal friend and thus didn’t say much about her to Jane.

What got Jane even more disappointing and sad about is that she got to know some news about Jenny from John’s brother. And it was that Jenny went to John house few times before. It wasn’t normal for a girl to go to a guy house. And Jane couldn’t bear with it anymore and confronted John. John didn’t deny it and claimed Jenny went over his house to pass him something and they had some conservations too. John said that he couldn’t possible not to invite her in when she was outside his house. At that time John family members were present at home and they weren’t alone so to John, it was still consider alright. Jane asked John that why didn’t he tell her about it? John said it was nothing much actually and didn’t want her to think anyhow so he didn’t tell this matter to her. To John, it may mean nothing but to Jane, it means everything. Jane just wanted John to tell her everything and not hiding anything from her. Jane is not stopping John from making friend with Jenny, she just hoped John to be more truthful to her.

Things just didn’t go smoothly after that. They started to have little conflicts and started to quarrel. Jane couldn’t think of a better solution to solve it and one day she got John together alone and had a good talk. Both just didn’t know what actually went wrong. After a long thought, Jane told John to have an agreement with her and if John broke the agreement, they would break off. Jane thinks that having an agreement to comply with, it is no longer called true love anymore but rather it seems to be a force love. Jane couldn’t think of a better solution and decided on it. She didn’t want the agreement at all but she didn’t know what the better solution to solve the problems ahead of them. She just hoped John would stick on with the agreement and not broke the agreement. She tried to put all the remaining hopes and faiths she had to John. The agreement was to keep away from Jenny and stopped contacting her. John said that Jenny would send message to him or call him and it was something he couldn’t stop her from doing. Jane told John, you could ignore all these. As long as you kept your distance again and you don’t contact her, she would leave you totally one day. After listening to what Jane was saying, John agreed to the agreement since Jane had already said it and he couldn’t reject it.

Will they be able to overcome all these obstacles ahead of them? Will John broke the agreement that he promised to do? Will they really broke off because of that? Or will they get over it and continue to be together?

A sad story - The Turning Point Part 2

The night finally ended and it was time for them to get home. John turned over to Jane and looked into her eyes. “Thank for accompany me today and it makes me feel much better now” said John with a smile. Though John was saying he was fine, Jane knew that he wasn’t at all. Jane didn’t really know what actually went wrong between John and June. At this point of time, Jane doesn’t have much hope that she will be with John again. She believed that John was still in love with June but why would they broke off. Jane didn’t wish to remind John about June so she didn’t ask much. She knew that John wouldn’t break off with June because of her. In the end, neither John nor Jane asked each other about themselves. Jane told herself that if John still loved her, he would say that to her and not her saying to him. It's difficult for Jane to pretend that she don't love John when she really does.

One the other hand, Jane was quite curious what actually had happened between John and June. In the end, Jane managed to get some information about them from friends. Just few days later after John broke off with June, he went to look for her again. John was hoping maybe he and June would get together again. But sad to say, June didn’t say much to John and both acted like they would just friends. After knowing all these, Jane got rather upset. Many thoughts started to go through Jane’s mind. Jane thinks that June was more fortunate because John actually gave a chance to June but not to her. Jane knew that John looked for June that day because he wanted to get together with her again but for unknown reason, both John and June just didn’t get together. So Jane was now assured that John really loved June and not her anymore. But no matter how hard Jane tried to tell herself all these, her mind or rather she herself just couldn’t get in all these. She was lost again.

John changed school after breaking off with June. Partially because of June and also because he had no interest in studying what he was studying in that school. For that next few days, John was feeling quite low. He started to feel that love wouldn’t last long. In some point of time, he did think of being with Jane again but he was afraid. He knew he was to face a lot of problems if he were to be with Jane again. With no motivation, no idea and with some fears, he gave up the idea of being with June again. Jane was just waiting for John while John was also waiting for Jane. Both just waited for each other without both realising that. Both just didn’t want to make the first move and both thought they didn’t love each other anymore. That will be the saddest thing that can happen to a couple.

John got himself a part time job to work during his school holiday. He enjoyed himself working there because he managed to know more friends there. He started to know more girls at his working place but none of them really interest him. He realised that he still loved Jane. He shouldn’t have broken off with Jane in the first place. He regretted but he knew he couldn’t do anything now. He tried to forget about Jane but he just couldn’t. Both John and Jane would sometimes go out together when they were free. John introduced Jane to work at his work place when he knew that Jane was looking for a part time work. John really hoped Jane would work at his working place so that he would be able to see her more often and also that would give him another reason to go to work. Jane could see the excitement John showed when he was asking her to work at his working place. Though Jane didn’t agreed straightaway, she knew she wouldn’t going to disappoint John.

As expected, Jane went for the interview few days later and was asked to work the next day. Jane didn’t really know the main reason of working the same place with John. Her mind just got so confused. “Does she still love John?” That’s something Jane always asked herself but failed to get the answer. John mixed well with the people at the working place and often went out with some of the girls there. There was this particular girl who seemed to show an interest in John but John didn’t seem like her at all. Instead he would prefer another girl if he were to choose but for now, he knew he still have some likings for Jane. John and Jane often talked on phone and on one occasion, John told Jane that there was this girl who had interest in him but he didn’t like her at all. Jane said:” That’s good” to John though in her heart, she was feeling jealous. She felt some pain in her heart and she didn’t know what to do. She thought to herself, John could choose June instead of her last time and now she could choose this particular girl (Let’s give the name “Jenny”) too.

At work, Jane often looked at John. She just couldn’t keep her eyes away from John. Jane knew she loved John but didn’t know how to love him. She told John:” Till now, I couldn’t find the attraction in you on other guys.” After work, both John and Jane would eat together before going home. The relationship between them didn’t improve much. Instead, John mixed with the girls at the working place more often and especially Jenny. Jenny would just find ways to get close with John and they often went out together. Though John knew Jenny liked him and he didn’t like her, John didn’t bother to keep himself away from her. Maybe John liked the feelings of being loved by others. Whenever Jane asked about John, he would always say he was out with the girls. The disappointment Jane obtained just got heavier and as time passed by, she got used to it. She told herself:” Why must she always let herself feeling so bad?” She must change and cannot let John ruining her even further. It is time for her to let going everything.

Few weeks had passed and everything seemed to be the same as before for Jane. For John, the relationship between Jenny and him got closer. Jenny expressed her interest in John to him but John knew it but didn’t say much. Times slowly passed and John seemed to have little liking for Jenny. But John knew he still have Jane in his heart and decided to give up the thought of being with Jenny. At some point of times, John was feeling afraid that he would fall for Jenny. So one day, John and Jane got to work together. John asked Jane to go for dinner after the work ended and she agreed. Jane could sense that John was feeling quite low that day. Jane didn’t know what wrong with John and he didn’t say much about it. They had their dinner and had some talking. Then all of sudden, John asked Jane about themselves. Below will be part of their conservations:

John: Will they be together again?
Jane: Maybe but I think mostly not.
John: Why not?
Jane: I don’t. You don’t seem to love me as much as before.
John: No, I still love you.
Jane: No, you are not.
John: Yes, I am. Can I be with you again like before?
Jane: Why you ask me this question now?
John: I don’t know.
Jane: I think you are feeling well today and we will talk about this matter other day.
John: No, I don’t care. You must answer me now. Can I be with you again now?
Jane: What happen to you? What make you look so depressed today?
John: No, I am not.
Jane: I thought there was one girl who likes you?
John: yes but I don’t like her. Can you answer my question?
Jane: I will answer you again next time.

John would keep pester Jane for an answer. On the same time, Jane tired to calm John down and did think about whether to be with John again. In her heart, she was thinking whether John really means what he said. She got confused and at the same time, she was feeling a bit happy. She didn’t wish to get hurt again and also she didn’t wish to see John feeling so depressed. She didn’t know what to answer John but on that day she made a decision.

A sad story - The Turning Point Part 1

Jane just couldn’t stop her tears from dropping. The more she talked, the more emotional she would get. On the other hand, John was real concerned about Jane and didn’t want to see her to keep crying. He tried to talk Jane round and said that he wasn’t worth so much from her. Jane just couldn’t get in what John was saying. She was expecting a positive answer from John but she weren’t going to get it. Then Jane asked John “Why can you be so heartless towards me?” John claimed that he got his sadness too. When he was feeling sad, Jane wasn’t there for him too. It was just that after some time, John got used to it and gradually lost the love they once shared together. John tried to tell Jane that since everything had come to this stage, there was no point of them getting together. Everyone knew that they had broken off and now, he had found himself a new lover whom is June. For now, John didn’t wish to have anymore changes and just wish to continue to stick with June.

After hearing all these, Jane got even more disappointed and upset. She knew that no matter what she did and how much she said now wouldn’t make much different. She stopped talking but she was unable to stop the tears from flowing down. Jane asked John to leave first as she wanted to continue staying at the place for a while. Knowing that Jane was feeling unstable, John didn’t feel safe leaving Jane alone. He insisted of going off with Jane if not, he would continue to keep Jane accompany. Jane calmed herself down and didn’t wish to think and talk even further. She wiped off her tears and went off together with John. They had their lunch together and before they part their own ways, Jane gave John a last tight hug. At that moment, Jane just hoped the time would stop.

Jane held on to her tears and walked the opposite direction. The time together seemed to have passed so fast but the journey back to home was just like taking forever. Though Jane couldn’t bear to part with John but she knew she got to do it. Jane told John to inform her if he wasn’t well taken care by June and gave words of blessing to John and June though she didn’t wish to say that. Everything just got back to square one. Jane was still at the lowest peak of her life. She knew she just got to rely on herself. She asked herself, “How long would it take for her to get back to be as what she was liked before?”

After all these, Jane still held on to the little hope that she and John would be together again. She chose to continue to bluff herself that one day John would change his heart and be with her again. She didn’t know how to forget about John and she didn’t know what to do next. She told herself she wasn’t going to give up on John so easily. So, she continued to pester John. Jane would always call John up and date him out but John rejected most of the times saying that he wasn’t free. After few times of rejection from John and for unknown reason, John finally agreed to go out with Jane. John wanted to buy something and Jane accompanied him. John bought a photo album, a card and wrapping paper. He told Jane he was going to design a photo album for June. Jane got jealous and annoyed but she didn’t show it to John. She tried to keep it to herself. She thought to herself, “For the past 2 years of relationship they once had, it seemed a long time ago that John did something like that for her.” Jane knew John wasn’t going to listen to what she said and she couldn’t interfere what John was doing.

Slowly, Jane started to understand that John didn’t love her anymore. The behaviors, the actions and the sayings from John, Jane concluded that John didn’t love her. Jane began to accept the fact which she initially had been refusing to accept. She has learned that love is something that cannot be forced and once love is gone, you can never get it back. The feelings would not be the same and in another words, anything will change and nothing is forever. The love between them had already gone and now the love that John had was for June, not for her. Jane started to let off bit by bit as days passed by. The tears that she dropped got lesser and lesser. The sadness and unhappiness still existed but at least it wasn’t that worst as before. She slowly letting off the little hope that she held tightly onto. Jane knew that John was living happily now and maybe happier than before when he was with her. Jane stopped looking for John and tried to live her own life. She knew it was going to be tough but she got no choice. She just got to go through it and once awhile she would think of John. As time slowly passed by, the number of times she thought of John got lesser and lesser.

There were times when she felt quite low but thinking that she had already been the lowest point of her life, she should be able to get over it and she managed to get over those blue days. Jane stopped asking John question about their past relationship. Once a while, they would call each other and asked about each other. Jane learned to be independent. Though her life may not be as exciting as before, she was satisfied with it. She started to get used to the life without John. Then came one day, John gave a call to Jane. They talked for some time and as usual, Jane would ask about him and June. But John didn’t really wish to talk much about it and Jane sensed something amiss. Jane didn’t ask more about it and they talked about other stuffs. They decided to go out together one day for dinner since it had been a long time they last met up.

After being together with June for several months, John came to realise that June wasn’t the girl she wanted. The happiness that they had in the beginning wasn’t there anymore. June started to show cold shoulder towards John. John didn’t know what went wrong and was feeling a little sad about it. June started to avoid John and the time they spent together got lesser and lesser. John felt neglected and knew that June didn’t like him anymore. They got a short quarrel and John asked for a breakup. June agreed to it without saying much. So the love between them ended just like that. The day came when John and Jane met up for dinner. John was feeling upset and hoping that going out with Jane would make his day up. On the other hand, Jane found it weird going out with John since it had been a long time they last went out together. The feelings were obviously not the same as before. Jane knew that John wasn’t feeling happy and concluded that it must be something to do with June but she didn’t ask John about it.

They had their dinner and also sat down for some talking. Then John said that he had just broken off with June. Jane asked the reason and John said it was because he realised June wasn’t the girl. Jane knew John wasn’t telling her the main reason and guessed that they might have quarreled and she believed that John still loved June. Jane asked John “Do you still like June?” John replied “Not really.” From the way John replied and from the understandings Jane had about John, she knew John was still in love with June but she didn’t wish to expose John about it. One thought came to Jane’s mind, “Will this be the chance for me to be John again?” She remembered few months ago that she asked John to tell her when he broke up with June so that she would have the chance to be with John again. Jane didn’t bring this matter and John didn’t say much at all. Jane thinks that if John really wishes to be with her again, he will make the first move and ask her about it but John never did that. Jane tried to cheer John up that day and supposed she didn’t do a good job because she still could see the sadness on his face.

The night finally ended and it was time for them to get home. John turned over to Jane and looked into her eyes and said something.

A sad story - The Ending Part 4

Everyday since the day John left her, Jane lost the feelings of love. She got really lost and didn’t know what to do next. One side of her is telling her that she must continue to believe in the love they once had together but the other side of her is telling her that John has changed and no longer the guy who once love her so much. The day just passed so slowly for Jane and to her now, going through every new day is just like a torture to her. After everything, she realised that all along she loved John more than he loved her. Her mind just got so confused. She asked herself:” Should I blame John?” Deep in her heart, she knew that she loved John so deeply that she couldn’t bear to hate him.

Instead, she blamed herself. She would find all sorts of reasons and excuses to blame herself so that she would feel better. At times when she really missed John badly, she called him. On the other hand, John just got too busy with his stuffs. They just talked for a short while and hung up. Every time, Jane would keep on asking John whether he still love her. John just didn’t know what and how to answer her and avoided answering any of Jane’s questions. John felt remorseful for breaking Jane’s heart into pieces and hurt her so badly. He didn’t know Jane would love him so deeply and having to reach this stage, he knew they couldn’t be like before. Now, he liked June too and he knew he would not get back with Jane again. Knowing Jane was feeling miserable, John felt sad about it too. But he believed one day Jane would get over it and find a better guy than him.

Few weeks had passed and Jane was still feeling the same as before. Jane restricted herself not to contact John for the time being. She knew that if she got to hear his voice or see her, she would not know how to control herself. She tried all her best to forget about John and wanted to start a new life. Who knows, John called Jane and asked about her to know how she was getting on recently. The old feelings got back to Jane again and she started to think about John. Jane started to pester John again and would keep asking him the same old question. Since after few weeks, Jane just couldn’t get John out of her mind and she decided to have a face-to-face talk with John. She called him and it seemed that John was trying to avoid her.

She purposed went to this place, which was quite long distance from her house, to get John’s favourite snack and she called John to meet him up to have a talk with him. John tried to reject Jane and didn’t really want to meet Jane up. But Jane had the never give attitude and kept calling him. So in the end John got no choice but to give it. John said he got only few minutes because he was going elsewhere to do his project. So John waited in the bus stop for Jane to arrive. Jane saw John standing there and while she was walking over to him, she suddenly felt that the guy, which was John, so unfamiliar. Still, she slowly walked over to John and talked to him. Jane passed the snack to John but he refused to accept it. John said he didn’t want it at all and asked Jane to get it back. Jane knew John wasn’t going to appreciate whatever things she did now. In her heart, she told herself she got to give her last shot so at least she knew she did something for the relationship.

Jane tried to hide the tears to herself when John was trying to reject her times and times again. Jane just pushed the snack to John and also a letter which she wrote for him and left the bus stop. Below will be the contents of the letter:

Dearest John,

I really didn’t know what went wrong between us. Is it really all over between us? Do you still love me? I am going to the place where we first meet up to get back the past sweet memories that we once shared together. I would be there for the whole day and really hoped you would be there with me again. I really wish you would get there and had a good talk with me as I really got a lot of things to say to you. Would you be giving me a chance again?

From beloved Jane

After Jane left, she took the train to the place while John travelled to elsewhere to do his school project. John read the letter that Jane wrote for him. From there, he knew Jane was still in love with him. The fact that he didn’t want to get back with her was that so many things had happened between them and now, he already had June. John was caught in between and didn’t know what to do. He didn’t want to hurt Jane even further but he just didn’t know what to do. Finally John decided to look for Jane and sorted it out with her. So he sent a message to Jane saying that he would be at the place few hours later to look for her.

Upon received such a positive message from John, Jane felt a bit relieved. At the same time, he was wondering whether Jane would accept him again. She tried to look into the bright side and stopped thinking so much. She walked around the place where John and she shared the sweetest and fondest memories. She walked around the place slowly and even sat down looking around. She enjoyed every single second there and it seemed it had been a long time since John and Jane came together. Jane found the place so beautiful and relaxing. Then she asked herself why didn’t she come here often with John? Few hours passed, John reached the place and both finally met up together. Both of them got to the nearest bench and sat down to talk.

Both started to talk slowly and Jane asked John whether they would get together again. John didn’t know what to answer and told Jane maybe they should continue as what they were now though in his heart, he knew he still love her and cared a lot for her. Jane asked John was it because of June being the third party. But John denied it and claimed that without June, they also would break up. Jane didn’t believe it at all, she knew that if June didn’t come in between John and her, they would have got together again. Jane kept asking John for an answer but John didn’t say much. As they talked, Jane got more emotional. Jane felt frustrated and tears started to form at her eyes. In the end, Jane failed to keep her tears and she started to cried.

John got taken back by Jane’s crying. It seemed to be the first time he saw Jane crying and he started to console her. He felt remorseful about what had happened and knew exactly that Jane was really miserable. He tried all ways to calm Jane down. He didn’t want Jane to be sad. He just wished to see the old Jane who was always smiling and bringing laughter and fun to people around her.

The crying stopped few minutes later. What have actually John say to her? What actually happen after that? Will John got so touched by it and got back with Jane again? Well, check it out for the next entry.

A sad story - The Ending Part 3

Jane thought finally she got a reply from John but she never knew she would receive such a hurtful message from John. The message read “I am together with June”. At the first moment, she wondered why Jane would send such message to her. She asked herself:” Is the message trying to tell her that John was now out with June?” Then she realised she got the real meaning what John was trying to tell her. John was trying to tell her that he was now together with June which meant he had found a new love.

When Jane realised the real meaning that John was saying to her, she felt a sharp pain in her heart. How possible can John treat her so cruelty? She knew it was all over between them and she stopped calling John. She just couldn’t believe that John would treat her this way and hurt her so badly. Jane didn’t know what to do and she decided to go out for a walk. Her father was watching television in the living room and saw Jane going out and asked her “Where are you going late in the night now?” “I am just going to walk for a while.” said Jane and left the house. Her father was thinking that something is amiss about Jane but he didn’t stop her and believed she was old enough to handle all problems.

She then walked to the nearby park and walked around alone. She felt that she was really lost. Her heart was broken into pieces and it was her first time feeling so miserable. She felt the sense of betrayal. Right from the start she didn’t expect this as the outcome of her relationship with John. For once, she felt so lonely. Not only that, with the cold winds blowing towards her, she felt cold too. Her eyes got red and full of tears but she tried to stop them from dropping down. In her mind, she kept asking herself “What have gone wrong?” She didn’t do anything wrong and she got to bear with all the sufferings. She tried to calm herself down and slowly dragged herself home. Before that, she cleared the tears in her eyes.

The moment she reached home, she went straight to her room. While lying on her bed, she started to think of John again. This time round, she wasn’t strong enough to stop the tears that were always ready to be dropped down. Her pillow was now drenched with her tears. The power of love just cannot be underestimated. For a moment, she tried to stop the tears from dropping but failed. It was just like a rushing river that couldn’t be stopped. She tried to stop her mind from thinking and closed her eyes to prevent more tears from dropping. Whatever she did, she just failed to do it. All of sudden, she felt that she was a failure as she just couldn’t get the things to be what she wanted it to be. No words can describe the pains and hurts that she has gotten.

She forced herself to sleep for the night and only managed to fall asleep only after few hours later. Who knows few hours later, she woke up feeling the pains and hurts again. It was early in the morning when she woke up and she didn’t know what to do. She tried to sleep again but failed. She hoped everything was just a dream but when she woke up, the pains and hurts were still there and she knew it was the fact that she got to face it. Though the fact was already shown, Jane just couldn’t accept the fact. She hopes for miracles to happen and still believes in the love she and John have. She just didn’t think that John would be so heartless to hurt her so deeply. She believed John still love her and could still be with her again.

Her mind was just about John. She just didn’t know what to do. Nothing seemed to interest her and she just got so lost to do anything. Without John, she felt nothing. She wanted to go out but she didn’t know who to ask. She wanted to do something to cure her boredom but she didn’t know what to do. She didn’t know what she could do to get over it. She told herself maybe she should give up on John and leave him alone but she knew that she was unable to do it. It was because she knew she really loved John a lot. In the past, John did a lot for Jane and had given Jane the impression that John loved her more than she loved her. It was only now then she realised that all along it was her who loved John more than he loved her.

Since the day John sent the message to Jane, he was feeling miserable knowing that he must have hurt Jane badly. He thought maybe Jane didn’t love him as much as before or maybe didn’t love him at all since Jane started to work and had been neglecting him. Sometimes, he did think of Jane. Though John did still love Jane, he knew he was being with June now so he tried to forget about Jane. At the same time, the love between John and June grew slowly.

Every day just passed so slowly for Jane. Her feelings got worst each day but she still chose to believe the love between them. Her mood began to be low and bad. She started to have low appetite for food and ate just a small amount of food and she just couldn’t eat anymore. Now it seemed that living everyday is like a torture to Jane. It was just few days later but Jane couldn’t take it any longer and she gave John a call. John picked up the call and both chatted a while. Jane was feelings so unstable and kept asking John for a satisfaction answer but he just didn’t know to tell Jane. John does feel sad knowing that Jane so unhappy. Jane kept asking John a lot of questions involving their relationship whether he still love her, whether will they still get together like before and many more. John tried to comfort Jane but didn’t really answer any of the questions.

With Jane keep pestering John for answers and he didn’t want to answer and he hang up the call. He asked himself, those days when Jane was busy working and had been neglecting him, he did feel upset and hurt. Since he could get over it, he believed Jane could do it. At this point of stage, John knew he could go back but kept on going. Since June had slowly come into his life now and he did love her too so he got to reject Jane heartlessly. He knew everyone knows about his breakup with Jane and also knew that everyone will hate or blame him. But he had his own pains and hurts too. The time when he is sick, the time when he is alone, the time when he need someone, where was Jane? John got to admit to himself that his love for Jane got lesser but her love for June increased. And now, John just didn’t want any more changes. He just hopes Jane will get over soon and be the happy and cheerful Jane that he once knew.

On the other hand, the misery got worst. What Jane was thinking was just to get back to John like they were in the past. She knew she couldn’t live without John and was thinking what she could do to get John to change his heart and be with her again. While at the same time, the betrayal, the pains, the hurts, the memories and everything just surrounded Jane and never moved away. Her life was no longer the same as before. The motivation that always kept her from going forward wasn’t there. She was lost with no aim to aim. She stopped moving with no one there for her. She was alone, cold and was like missing in the lost world. What can she do now?

A sad story - The Ending Part 2

Jane got to see how reluctantly John was when he came. She no longer could find the smiles that he always put on when he came looking for her. Both never really talked when they sat down. When Jane tried to use her hand to touch John’s head, he avoided. So she asked the word “Why?” John never said much except the word “Nothing!” Jane sort of pissed off with John as she was just trying to mend the relationship between them and seemed like John wasn’t very interested in it. She thought to herself, she did nothing wrong and yet willingly to talk nicely with John but his attitude just wasn’t right. So Jane asked:” Are you just being forced to come? You can leave if you want?” Jane was hoping John would say “No” and talked to her but that didn’t happen. Instead, John got up and left the house.

While John left Jane’s house walking down the stairs, his eyes dropped tears. He felt so hurt and miserable. Jane, in her house, felt a sharp pain in her heart. She thought to herself:“ Why would it happen this way?” She just didn’t know what to do, she comforted her by saying maybe John need some more time. She cried too just few seconds after John left her house. Both Jane and John still got feelings for each other at this moment, but it didn’t turn out the right way for them. Does the fault lies on John or is it Jane? Both just got so many misunderstandings between them. If only either one really understands the other party, this will never happen and the outcome will be good, I suppose.

For whole of the week, both of them didn’t contact each other, not even a message. John continued to be busy with her school works and his relationship with June got even closer. He started to experience love from June and he just loved the feelings. Both of them just behaved like a couple and went out often too. As for Jane, she continued with her work. At some point of times, her mind was just about John, she wondered how John was getting on and wondered why John never called her after so long. She just couldn’t focus or concentrate fully during work times, and often hurt herself. She told herself, she got her pride and not going to give in again.

In the evening time, Jane’s mobile phone rang. Jane looked at the caller id and realised it was actually John. She felt happy and got nervous. She wondered what John would talk to her. “Is it John wanted to tell her how much he loved her?” Jane answered the phone and both said “hello”. The only word that they said to each other after one week had passed. Below will be the phone conservation between them:

John: Are you looking for me?
Jane: Nope. (She thought to herself, John called her not because he was looking for her?)
John: My brother said someone called my house looking for me and he said the caller was you?
Jane: No, I didn’t call you at all. (She got a bit pissed off. She thought to herself, if that unknown person never called his house looking for him, he would never call her?)
John: Okay lo, then never mind. (He thought maybe Jane would want to talk to her and waited for her response.)
Jane: (Hearing John’s that reply, she knew John wasn’t interested to call her at all. Since John isn’t going to make the first move to talk to her, she am not going to make the first move too) Okay, bye!

After few seconds, both of them hung up the phone. Jane was feeling a bit wasted but why can’t John just say he was looking her? As for John, he thought to himself, I had called Jane but she was still the same, didn’t know how to show concern to me. Maybe she just didn’t like to talk to me or maybe she didn’t love me anymore. Whatever it is, both of them fail to talk through at Jane’s house and even now during the phone conversation. For another week, both of them didn’t contact each other. While Jane was missing John badly every single day, John started to develop some feelings with June. John got to interact with June almost everyday and during weekends, they even got out together. While June and John were talking, June somehow hinted to John that she liked him though she knew John had a girlfriend.

As days slowly passed by, John thought to himself maybe Jane didn’t love him anymore. He just got too disappointed with Jane and began to like June. On the other hand, Jane was always thinking and missing John. She realised that she really loved John a lot and decided to give John a message. It read “How are you getting on? I still love you.” For the whole day, Jane waited for John’s reply but the reply never seemed to arrive. It got Jane unhappy about it and started to wonder whether John’s love for her still existed?

And again few days had passed but Jane did not get any message nor call from John. She got a bit impatient and decided to give John a call and told him how she was feeling personally. She called John’s mobile phone but it was engaged so she called John’s house instead. It was his brother who picked up the call. Jane was informed that John wasn’t at home and John’s brother told Jane something that got her real disappointed. What had John’s brother say to Jane? Well, he told Jane that John was out with a girl today and had been going out with her lately and always came home late in the night. Jane got disappointed and sad after hearing it. She told herself something was really wrong because she trusted what John’s brother had told her.

All along whatever negative comments about John, Jane never believed and always trusted John. But this time round, she trusted what John’s brother had told her and even got to know the girl was actually June. Though Jane had never seen Jane before but she heard about her from John before. John’s brother told Jane that he would inform her again if John got back home. Jane got nervous and impatient but she got no choice but to wait till John was back and asked him more about it. For the next few hours, Jane just got no mood to do anything except to wait beside her phone for John’s brother call or maybe John. In the meanwhile, she kept trying to call John’s mobile phone but it was still engaged.

Finally Jane received a message from John’s brother that John was finally backed home. Immediately, Jane called John’s house and they talked. Jane didn’t want to expose John straightaway and hoped that John’s brother was bluffing her. So he asked John:” where did you go today?” John said:” I went out with my friend, Joe.” From John’s tone, Jane sensed that John was lying to her. “Are you sure?” asked Jane. “Yes.” replied John. “Can you stop lying to me? Your brother had told me that you were out with June and even went out with her till late night during these few days.” said Jane. Jane got angry with John for lying to her. John tried to explain saying that Joe couldn’t make it for the appointment and just nice June asked him out so he went out with her. Then John said that it was his brother who asked him to go out with June. Jane just couldn’t know what to say to John anymore. “It was just all your excuses. If you don’t want to go, no one can force you.” said angrily Jane and ended the call. Tears started to roll down on Jane’s face and once again, her heart got hurt again.

John started to have a small quarrel with his brother. He started to blame his brother for asking him to go out with June and then told the matter to Jane. John didn’t call Jane to explain because he didn’t know what to say. He knew he had hurt Jane badly but he himself felt miserable too. He thought to himself maybe his love for Jane got lesser since he didn’t bother much about her. The next day, John went with June out again. After a day of thinking, Jane knew that she would really need to get a final answer from John. She realised that she really John very much and hoped John loved her too so that they would get back together as what they were before.

Jane called John’s mobile phone but after few times of calling, John didn’t pick up the phone. June, who was just beside John, heard that his phone was ringing and asked John:” why didn’t you pick up the call?” John said that it was Jane and didn’t what to say to her. June asked him to pick up the call as he couldn’t always avoid Jane. Jane got frustrated after so many times of calling to John and finally John picked up the call. She got happy and wanted to talk with John. From John’s tone, Jane sensed that he didn’t want to talk to her and asked him “Are you out with June again?” John didn’t answer the question and Jane knew she was right. Jane started to ask John about their relationship and John couldn’t know how to answer and put down the phone. Jane got real nervous and kept calling John but he just didn’t bother to pick up.

John didn’t know what to say to Jane and knew that he was going to hurt Jane. With the phone keep ringing, John switched off his phone. June told John, maybe he should tell the fact to Jane. With June keep pressuring John, he decided to tell Jane about it. John didn’t want to say it directly to Jane so he reluctantly sent a message over Jane.

*What message did John send to Jane? What was the actual fact about? This message is going to decide the futures of Jane and John.

A sad story - The Ending Part 1

But things seemed to go the wrong way. Maybe Jane shouldn’t have taken up the job. Somehow, the relationship between them started to drift further. John and Jane started to meet up less often as they just couldn’t find time for each other. When Jane finished work, John was in school studying. Sometimes John got to study till late in the night and just couldn’t afford any time for Jane. When John was free in the morning for some days of the week as he only had afternoon lesson, Jane got to work. John did purposely go and buy breakfast for Jane on some days before he went to school. Jane was quite touched and happy about it. But both of them did not realise that they were actually neglecting each other.

As John often stayed back in school to do with his projects, he got to interact more with his group members and one of them was a girl named June. Whenever both of them were free, they would meet up together. John just got many things to say to Jane. John would say the things that he had done in the school and always talk about this girl, whom was one of his group members. Jane just got bored hearing it and maybe she got jealous with it. She didn’t want to hear anything related to the girl but John would just say about it. On one occasion, Jane got so annoyed with it that she straightaway told John to stop saying about it if he would say about the girl. John stopped immediately and showed a pathetic face. He told Jane he didn’t really purposely wanted to talk about her, but just that what he wanted to say related to her indirectly. Jane knew John didn’t want to talk about the girl and then allowed John to continue saying about it. And John didn’t really care about Jane’s feelings and continued to talk about it. Jane, on the hand, listened and acted as if she was interested though she didn’t want to hear it at all but just didn’t want to disappoint John.

John and June got closer with each other as they often spent time together discussing and doing their projects. Slowly they would start to SMS each other with greetings message. At the same time, Jane was busy with work and didn’t really worry about John. It was because she had total trust in John that he would always love her. There were one incident that both John and Jane were out together, Jane just happened to get his phone and discovered that the message inbox were flooded with June’s messages. She asked John that both of them were SMS with each other lately and didn’t tell her about it. John admitted and assured Jane that it was just a normal message, nothing much. Jane thought to herself:” he could SMS to June often but not to me.” Jane did feel a bit jealous and disappointed but she told herself she must trust John. It is just a while later John’s phone rang and John picked up the phone.

Jane was just beside John. And judging by the way John spoke to the person who called, it must be a girl. Jane thought to herself it may be June. Jane could see the smiling face John had while talking to her. Jane knew something had gone wrong, but still she wanted to trust John and she did not confront John about it again. John, on the other hand, started to have little likings on June. He felt that he and June now was just like he and Jane in the beginning stage when they just started to date. He just loved the feelings when they just got started to be together. Now, he could not find it from Jane and he got it from June instead. June knew John had a girlfriend, but nonetheless still got close with John.

John knew something was wrong with the relationship he had with Jane and he just did not know what to do. He still loved Jane but Jane neglected him lately and always busy with her work. John did not tell Jane about this matter at all and just hoped Jane knew it and do something to it. Sometimes, John did think that Jane did not love him like what she did before and there was why the reasons of the changed attitude he felt from Jane. As time slowly passed by, the problems between John and Jane remained but both did nothing at all, maybe both of them didn’t know the problems did exist. Instead, John and June got closer. And now it made John real confused on what to do next.

John loved Jane a lot but now the feelings weren’t the same as before. Now, he didn’t know how much he loved Jane. He asked his mother:” Should I continue to be with Jane? Or should I choose a new girl name June that I just knew recently in school”. His mother asked him to choose himself. John asked the same question to his father and he got the same reply that he got from his mother. He just did not know how to choose. Problems between John and Jane got worst one day when both of them quarrelled. John and Jane were together outside shopping. John received a SMS and Jane requested to see it but John reclined. Jane insisted that she must see first but John didn’t want. He said he would see it first and see whether is it suitable for her to see then he would allow her to see. Jane thought to herself, last time whatever calls or messages he would also let her listen and see but now he insisted not to let her see, something must be wrong. Unreasonable, Jane said she must see it no matter what.

No matter what, John also didn’t want Jane to see and both got into heavy argument and quarrelled. This incident had made their relationship from bad to worst. Jane didn’t know what had got the changes in John. Is it because of June? The trust she had for John slowly got lesser but deep inside, she knew she loved John a lot and didn’t want to leave him. But she knew that if in a relationship without trust, it wouldn’t last. As for John, he thought to himself, it was only a message and she got so annoyed over it. Maybe she was just being childish and did not intend to call Jane to talk about it. Jane felt so disappointed about the incident and being a impatient person, she called him that night to talk about it. She asked John what had got between them and is it because John did not like her anymore? John did not say much in the phone and sadly, Jane asked for a break up. John did not say anything and did not stop her. They put down the phone and tears dropped from Jane’s eyes. John did not know what went wrong and was feeling miserable too.

For the next few days, both of them did not contact each other at all. Jane was feeling so miserable about it and decided to call John to talk about it again. She knew she did not mean what she said that day. She just hoped that John would stop her and asked her to stay but he did nothing. Jane was off that day from work, she gave John a call but he was in school studying. She asked her to meet him up at her house that day and initially John rejected but gave in after some persuasions from Jane. John came and judging from his face, he didn’t look happy at all and looked like being forced to come. They sat down and talked.

*After the talk between them, John’s eyes dropped some tears.

A sad story - The Sweetness Part 4

As John opened the letter and read the contents in it, he was surprised. He actually got into the course in one of the polytechnics. Though not the course he wanted but with his bad results, he never expected much either. Immediately, he called to Jane and shared the good news with Jane and she felt happy for John. Jane’s birthday was approaching and she suggested to John for having a BBQ session but John rejected. John doesn’t really like crowds and prefer to spend the day together with Jane only. Though Jane really wanted a BBQ but since John was so objective towards it, Jane dropped the idea.

The day came, and both of them had a good thing together. John gave a total of 5 presents to Jane. Though they had been together for more than 1 year, John had bought flowers for Jane for not more than 3 times. So Jane would actually requested getting flowers from John but John always said he would buy for her soon but the day never seemed to arrive and Jane had been slowly waiting for it. Whatever is it, Jane always felt loved being with John and cared a lot for him. As for John, he always felt fortunate having Jane as her girlfriend.

John was going to start his new life in the new school soon and he quitted his job early for some enjoyment before school commenced. He met up with Jane more often and spent more time with her. It was also Jane school holiday and both really enjoyed the times they spent together. Good times always ended fast and now Jane’s holiday was over and she continued to go for school and John will start his new life in the new school. He was rather excited. He discovered that studying in the polytechnic and studying in secondary school were just totally different. He got more freedom, no one is always there to supervise him and the school time is not fixed. Some days he just need to study in the morning and some days he got to stay back in school till late afternoon. John slowly got used to the lifestyle in the new school while Jane got ready for her ‘O’ level examinations.

John thought to himself, he really got to study hard and he is not going to get lousy results again. He started to spend more time in school and slowly started to neglect Jane. He knew Jane would be taking her examinations and wanted her to do well so he met her lesser and lesser. In some days when Jane was got home early from school but John was still in school studying and their timing didn’t seemed to match each other.So Jane will usually waited patiently at his house for John to come home. Jane do missed John sometimes and failed to concentrate on studying. She knew maybe John was really busy in school and since she got to take major examinations soon, she tried to focus and think that maybe after her examinations, she will spend more time with John.

There was once Jane was unable to focus on studying and wanted to see John but she scared she will be disturbing John in school. So she called John asking where he was, what he was doing and asking him when will he be done. John was busy in school rushing for projects. He told Jane maybe he would be done in an hour time or longer. So Jane got down to his school without telling him. She waited in the bus stop where John always went there to take a bus home. Actually Jane doesn’t exactly know which bus stop that John usually waited for his bus. There were 2 bus stops so she walk up and down and pray hard that John will take from bus stop that she was at now. After an hour, she thought maybe he would be done with his work and she called him. She never tells John she was just outside the school waiting for him as she just didn’t want to disturb John doing his school work. To her disappointment, John said he still unable to do finished, maybe a while. Jane continued to wait without any complaints, without telling John.

After another hour, finally John finished his works. He walked out of the school to the bus stop. While he was approaching the bus stop, he saw a back view of a girl who looked familiar. He got closer and closer and discovered it was actually Jane. He was surprised. He asked her how come she was here and why didn’t tell him that. Jane told him, she was here few hours ago and her butt was aching with the few hours of sitting down. John didn’t know how to say for the next few seconds. He was so touched and felt so guilty. At the same time, Jane was afraid John might find her a bother and will be angry with her. But in John’s heart, he never find Jane a bother at not. He told Jane that she was so foolish, she should have told him that she was outside and he would have leave the school early. Jane said no, she didn’t want to disturb John at all. Jane knew that even though she waited for so long but she was able to find few moments of John, she would be happy and satisfied. In the end, they went for dinner and John sent Jane home.

The semester ended for John and the results for his hard works paid. Though it is not the best of all, he is satisfied because he knows he put in efforts in it. At this time, Jane was prepared for her examinations which were just round the corner. While Jane was busy studying, John was on his own doing his things. The time when Jane finally finished her examinations, John’s school will be starting soon. Maybe they just fated to spend the holidays alone. John got ready to work hard for the next semester while Jane was bored at home and looking for job too. Sometimes Jane does meet John up in school during John’s break time for lunch. That was once Jane told John she was outside his school waiting for him to pass him something. And John actually forgotten about it and went for his lunch and just before few minutes for the next lesson, Jane called and sounded angrily. When John looked at Jane’s name flashing in his mobile phone, he remembered he was supposed to meet her up. So, he quickly rushed out of the school to find Jane.

He tried to comfort Jane but he just got to rush for his lesson. At his mind, he never thought of missing the lesson to accompany Jane. After he got the things Jane wanted to pass to him, he quickly left and went for his lesson. Jane left and felt angry but she didn’t hate John at all. She was just too in love with him to do that. Jane finally got a job. She got a job that worked from morning till late afternoon as she thought since John got to go school also and only got time free at night for her. Every night when Jane got home, she got tired but they would still talk every night. John will listen to her sayings, what she have done and sometimes listen to her complaining about her work. John will be patient and try to comfort her as much as possible. There was once when it was about time for Jane to finish work and it started to rain heavily. John was at home at that time and he purposely went down to look for Jane and bring umbrella for her as he knows that Jane doesn’t like to bring umbrella out.

When Jane saw John, she was quite so touched. And they purposely shared one umbrella together. That really makes up the day for Jane. The next day when Jane got to work again, her colleagues said that she got a nice boyfriend and quite a sweet guy. Less than 2 weeks later, Jane quitted the job because she got bored with it. John knew that she didn’t like the job and encouraged her to change job too. He also didn’t want to see her always sounded and looked so tired after work. For the next few weeks, she just couldn’t find a new jobs and John’s mother actually asked Jane to work in the company she was working at now. Since she got no other options, she went for interview and got to the job. It starts from 7am in the morning and will end at 3pm. So every morning, Jane got to wake up at 5+ am to go to work. Though she was tired but the thought of seeing John in the later part of day really cheers her up. Sometimes John will specially buy lunch for Jane while on his way to school. It really makes her day! But…...

A sad story - The Sweetness Part 3

Somehow I find no purpose or lost the feelings to continue writting the story. I know you guys want to read more about it so I take so efforts to write something out but don't expect the next updates of the story to be coming soon because I am really busy lately and Chinese New Year is approaching. When I have the mood, I will continue writing again. Some ideas are taken into consideration and invalid and unrealistic ideas are all banned, I am just so sorry. I shall not craps too much now, enjoy the story below:

Every now and then when they were free, they will just go to that park for a walk. This time round they went to the maze and got a marker and wrote their names on the lamp pole. After which they continued to walk down and went to this little place. They were able to feed the fishes in the small pool as they bought the fish food. Those fishes were just so adorable and John put his hand down to feed the food to the fished but Jane wasn’t willing to do that. She was sort of scared of the fishes and she just threw the food into the pool.

John tried to persuade Jane to do the way he did but Jane just did not want to do it so John didn’t want to force her. After which they sat down at the rock to see the beautiful sea. Both of them lied down on the rock and admired the sky. Then they sat up and looked at the sea and listened to the sea breezing. It is just so nice, so calm and so peaceful. Jane looked at John and she got near to John and was trying to play with his nose with her nose. John stood there and thought Jane was trying to kiss him. He did not know Jane was trying to play with his nose. Then John asked Jane, “Can you give me a kiss?” Jane felt a bit shy but still she gave John a kiss on his face. John was like wondering why Jane didn’t give a kiss to his lip. Anyway, he was satisfied and felt some love in it. They continued to enjoy the sea and each other company.

Then Jane remembered her sister’s friends are having chalet at Pasir Ris so she asked John whether he want to go to her sister friend’s chalet which is just nearby. John didn’t know any of them and doesn’t feel like going but he didn’t want to say “NO” to Jane so he agreed. He is just being nice and doesn’t want to reject Jane any request. So they went there and Jane was quite pleased with it. Upon reaching there, Jane introduced her sister’s boyfriend to John and proudly presented John as her boyfriend to him. Both of the guys said ‘hi’ to each other and nothing else as both don’t really know each other at all. There are others friends which Jane herself doesn’t know at all. They sat there for a while and ate some food too but Jane could sense that John was feeling awkward and decided to get him out and go out to for a stroll.

(John was nice to Jane and Jane was so sensitive to John. They just suited to be with each other. But will their relationship last?)

Jane could sense that their feelings for each other grew. She knew she is falling more and more in love with John. Sometimes she just wonder the time can stop and with him always. After a while of strolling in the beach, both decided to get home and don’t intend to go back to the chalet. As usual, John see Jane home first without fail before he went home himself. Jane does wonder why she will be able to get such a loving and wonderful boyfriend. She felt so love and fortunate and she had never felt such good feelings before. She just hopes that John will always treat her like these and she will be very happy. As for John, he is just trying to be a nice and caring boyfriend. Even he has to see Jane home everyday, he will not feel tired. He find Jane a special girl and one thing that she got, she fail to find it from other girls. In his heart, he just hoped to make Jane the happiest and the most fortunate girl in the world.

The weekends ended, both got to go to school. They do often meet up after school to eat together. When John got to stay back for extra lessons, Jane will just do her homework in the canteen to wait for John to finish his lesson and went home together. Time spent fast and the year came to an end and both passed their examinations and got promoted to next level. This year, John will have to take his GCE ‘O’ level examinations and Jane will be in secondary three level. Though it was a crucial year for John but he never neglected Jane instead he spent more time with her than studying. Sometimes he just doesn’t have the mood to study and rather go out with Jane, seeing her and talking to her.

Every day when the night arrived, both of them will definitely be on the phone talking to each other. Though they see each other everyday, they just got so much things to talk to each other every night. Jane almost everyday wrote a letter for John and John in return wrote back to her. Without fail when they see each other, Jane will automatically give John his letter but John will not be so automatically. He will to give Jane surprise. When Jane was not looking, he will just slip in the letter he wrote for her into her bag without her knowing. So when Jane got home she discovered it, she read it and feels very happy. She feels like John is making her so special and always giving her lot of fun and excitement. She wondered what she would become if one day John was to leave her. Sometimes she failed to discover the letter till John told her about it when they were on the phone.

So now everytime Jane passed the letter to him, she will ask whether John has any letter for her but John always said no. And trying to be smart, she will search John’s bag but always she is unable to find it and she thought John didn’t write any letter for her and her face showed that she was disappointed. Then John will surprise her with the letter and John took the letter from his bag and passed to Jane. Immediately smile and happiness can be showed on Jane’s face and John felt happy too. At the same time, Jane was puzzled too, how come she searched the bag and didn’t find it. But never mind, she got it now and she was already satisfied. As days passed by, their feelings for each other grew stronger and stronger. At the same time, John interest in studying is getting lesser and lesser. He got no mood to study and neglected his studying.

Jane got to apply a part time job during her holiday and will be still working when the school started. She worked about 2 days a week. During these 2 days, John will find his own appointment to do. He will meet up his friends for soccer session or stayed at home studying. Friends around them, knowing that they were a loving couple were quite envy for both of them and just feeling happy for both of them. Both of them understand each other more and more. They started to spend more time with each other and neglecting their friends around them. Mid year examinations came and John did quite badly for it, so did Jane. John intended to do well for his prelim and got into top JC. With such a poor mid years results, he really got to put in lot of efforts. And Jane, having to fail almost every subjects and she really got to buck up otherwise she will have to retain for a year.

Now they spent time together studying rather than going out. They went to the Mac Donald fast food restaurant to study. Sometimes they just don’t have the mood to study but John will make sure Jane study and will tell her to really study and later will go shopping with her. And Jane on hearing that later can go shop, she was rather excited and she focused and studied. Then John studied too. John will teach Jane on her homework when Jane didn’t know how to do. Jane only able to concentrate for about few hours and later she will have no mood to study or she will tell John she had studied finished. When Jane got nothing to do, John stopped studying too and went shopping with her and they often went town to walk. Every time when Jane was able to shop, she is always smiling with joy and feeling excited. On seeing Jane so happy, John was happy too. John wondered wonder why Jane got so much energy to walk around to shop and not feeling tired but when asking her do other things, she always complained tired.

Jane think that maybe she should stop working in fast food restaurant since she cannot cope well with her studies. She asked John what she should do and John suggested her to quit immediately and focus on studying and Jane unwillingly to stop working because of the working friends she got to know and she missed them but she still quitted in the end. Few months later, Jane was asked to go to a chalet from her working friends and she intended go to meet up with them as she had not see them for so long. She dated John to Pasir Ris park on that day. As usual they went to the maze, walk around the bench and went to feed the fishes too. Then they walked past the big playground and John actually asked Jane whether she want to go play. Jane smiled and gave John a “yes” look but said shyly said ‘no’. From her look, John know she want to play and drag her to go play.

They went to play the swing but there was a little cut girl at there alone. They let the little girl to play first and waited a while. And the cute little girl said something interesting to both of them. She said “Should I tell my daddy a big girl like you is still playing the swing?” Both of them embarrassed laughed and quickly played a while more and left the playground. They find the little girl adorable and teased each other with the words the girls said. They bought drinks and sat down at the rock resting. Then Jane told John about the chalet and asked John to go. John agreed immediately though he doesn’t really want to go. This time round, he don’t know any of them but Jane knew everyone over there. Jane introduced her friends and her manger to him. They stayed there, talked and ate the food. Her friends were like asking her to stay for the night as they want to see her longer. So, both decided to stay at chalet and not returning home for that day.

They enjoyed talking and eating the food. As the night slowly turned dark and both of them felt very tired but there had no place to sleep and they will have to bear it till the next morning. They tried keep on persevere but seemed like both can’t stand the night without any sleep. The chalet got no space for them so they left the place. John suggested to Jane, let’s sit down at the bench and rest. Both tried to sleep at the bench and they were really very tired but failed to sleep as it is just so hard to sleep. John and Jane with their back lying at each other trying to sleep but it was just so uncomfortable. They tried using head to support each other but also can’t sleep. So John told Jane, you sleep on my lap. Jane rejected at first but with John keep on insisted on it and tiredness, Jane just slept at lied on John’s legs and slept at the bench.

With seconds, Jane seemed to have fallen into deep sleep. But John just can’t sleep so he looked at how Jane was sleeping. It is just so sweet. Slowly, John’s tiredness was gone and time passed slowly. Sun started to rise and more and more people are coming to the park for a morning exercise and just walked passed John and Jane. The sun rose up and sun shine started to shine on both of them. John scared the sun may disturb Jane’s sleep when the sunlight shone on her eyes. So he used his hand to block the sunlight from her eyes. After some times, John can feel the heat but seeing Jane sleeping so soundly and sweetly, he bear with it.

Jane woke up. She must have felt the hotness from the sun. On seeing the “just wake up look” of Jane, John found it so cute and funny. Jane was feeling a bit guilty for having sleeping so long. John doesn’t mind it at all. Then they walked to take MRT back home. John wanted to see Jane home before going home but Jane don’t want. She knew that John was very tired so asked him to go straight home and she would go home herself. John didn’t say much because he was really tired. Upon reaching home, John knew that Jane had reached home and dozed off immediately after lying on the bed. Jane too, slept immediately when she reached home.

PS: Our eyes tell us that it looks the same but our heart tells us that it look different. So we should listen to our eyes or our heart?

A sad story - The Sweetness Part 2

Today is 3/12/2005. As usual it is will be story time. Due to my busyness, I only managed to write this much. I will continue again next month. I need more ideas, more comments from you guys. Thank :)

They were sort of lost at Pasir Ris Park. They just walked and walked towards a direction. They were walking very slowly as the floor was wet. Finally they reached the park. Jane was asking John whether he got to the maze at the park before. John replied “No”. And John was quite curious and asking Jane to bring him to that place. Jane agreed and they were walking there. They were at another side of the park and had to walk quite a long distance. They never looked tired at all. Neither one of them complained, they just walked and talked at the same time.

As they walked along the path way, John was like walking towards the grass patch, and Jane was like asking John, how come you walked so far away from me? Are you scared of me? John was shy but because he did not want to show his shyness to Jane, he quickly walked closely with Jane. Finally they reached place but Jane said her legs were tired and she sat at the nearby bench instead of going into the maze with John. John was like thinking, we were already outside and you did not want to go in. It was only a few steps away. He asked Jane again, she said she was tired and let her rest a while.

John was just determined to get in now so he told Jane, give him her hand and he will hold her hand in. John stretched out his hand, waiting for Jane’s hand. Jane stretched her hand out but they failed to hold each other hands as they were at a distance. John put down his hand and so did Jane. John asked Jane to go in again, Jane said “No”. John walked up closely to Jane and held her hand. John was like dragging her. This will be the first time John held a girl’s hand. But it wasn’t the first time Jane held a guy hand. They just walked in together.

They reached the place very fast. What a maze? John was not amused with it at all. It took little efforts and they can get in so easily. It was like no kick at all. When they reached inside, John let off the hand. Nothing is interesting inside. There is a lamp pole with lots of drawings and writings. Both John and Jane did not have a pen or a marker with them so they are unable to write anything at there. So now it is time to get out of the maze. Guess what John asked Jane? Below will be their short conservation:

John: There aren’t many things to see here.
Jane: Ya lo. But there is a lamp pole for people to write name.
John: There isn’t anything to see, let’s get out of here?
Jane: Okay lo.
John: Did you still want me to hold your hand?
Jane: Anything lo.

Once again John got the opportunity again to hold Jane’s hand. After they walked out of the maze, John was still holding her hand and they just walked to another place. As they were walking, both of them were talking and Jane asked John a question. “How do you feel holding my hand?” asked Jane. John answered:“ hm, happy? Actually also not much feelings, then how about you?” “Same as you” replied by Jane. Jane told John that this was the first time a guy held her hand. The feeling is just so great, unique, special, something that Jane cannot be able to say how he felt.

They just knew each other for less than few months and this is their second or third time going out and they act as if they were a couple. John do feel like they were together but he didn’t open up his mouth to ask Jane to be his girlfriend. He is just to shy to say it to Jane. So John asked Jane a question, “What if someone asked about us, then I told them we are together?” Jane just smiled at John and did not actually answer him anything. And John treats it as a “Yes” from her. He felt happy. He is finally wanted by a girl. He just can’t believe he is so fortunate to have a girlfriend. They spent some time walking around the park and John sent Jane home. Before John sent Jane home, they had dinner together at Jane’s house nearby market.

They ordered a plate of fried noodles and a plate of hokkien mee. They enjoyed eating with each other and they fed each other with the food. Jane was finding John a sweet guy to feed her his food. She felt that John was really a nice guy and great knowing him. After that, John made the efforts to sent Jane back to his house downstairs before he went off. Jane was like thinking it was hard to find such a good guy and making her so happy. This couple started to like each other even more. They just like to know more about each others, spend more time with each other.

John finally reached home, he doesn’t feel any troubles taking the efforts to see Jane home at all, he just willing and happily to do it. It was about 8+pm that day, John was like hesitating whether to give Jane a call. He is just so indecisive. He did not know what to say when he called her, but he just want to hear her voice. John was just feeling so frustrated as he does not know what to do. He was thinking to himself whether Jane had fall asleep since they had a long day today. It cannot be as it is still early. So John made a decision. Guess what he decided?

Jane was feeling happy and felt that John was like the nicest guy she ever came across. She told her sister how she spent her day and talked about John to her. Image of John keep flashing in her mind, she just cannot stop thinking of John. She knew she was in love. After talking finished with her sister, she went on to do her stuffs. And what was John doing? What have he decided? John took his phone and his hand. He started the “Stop watch” time, he looked away and after a couple of seconds, he stopped the time. He said to himself, if the time taken is in even number, he will call if not then forget about it.

He looked at the time taken, it was 00:00:26.48. Is it really a coincidence? All are even numbers and is it really fated for him to call? He picked up his house phone and slowly pressed the numbers 1 by 1. The phone ring and a girl picked up the phone. It was Jane’s sister and finally Jane came to the call. Below will be the front part of the conversation:

John: Hello
Jane’s sister: Hello
John: May I speak to Jane?
Jane’s sister: Wait on. (shouted Jane)
Jane: hello
John: hello. Know who am I?
Jane: hm... John?
John: Ya. I called to talk to you, are you busy?
Jane: of course not.
John: Was that your sister just now?
Jane: Ya, why?
John: Her voice sounds like yours.
Jane: Is it?
John: You only have a sister?
Jane: Ya and a little brother.
John: Oh I see.

The conversation went on for more than half an hour. They talked about themselves and also their family members and many more. John felt satisfied after putting down the phone. He was still feeling a bit nervous. At some point of time during the conservation, John did talk much and Jane was the one talking and John just added on. Jane was feeling surprised that John would actually call and talk to her. The call from John made her even happier and she is going to have a good sleep that night. Jane wrote down in her journal on the things she did today. It was just a wonderful day for her.

As usual the next day, both still need to go school. Their relationship got even closer during school times as they often meet up together to go out after school. Jane wrote a short letter for John. It is sort of love letter. Everyday, John will receive a letter/note from Jane without fail. After 1 week they got together, John decided to write something to Jane too. He passed the short note to her in school that day and her friends managed to get it from her and read it out. The whole class of hers got to know the contents of John’s letter to Jane.

Below will be the content of the letter:

Hi Jane,
It has been a week that we have got together. I really appreciated having you by my side. I enjoyed being with you and I love you.
From John

This will be the 1st letter Jane got from John and she felt extremely touched by John. Jane told John about the incident that everyone in her class got to read his letter, John was like feeling embarrassed and asked why she showed to her class? Jane explained it was not her fault, her friends just snatched away from her. John never blamed Jane, he just forgot about it since it had already happened. Now everyone knows they were together. Both were like sweet and innocent couple. Both continued to take the efforts to write something for each other. Jane find that John can really write letter as whenever Jane read what John wrote for her, she were just feeling amusing and happy. Jane always smiled sweetly after reading what John had written for her.

A sad story - The Sweetness Part 1

I had just done with the next part of the story. Basically I just got so much craps to add it on so decided to divide "A sad story - The Sweetness" into few parts. It really took me some times and I just can't possible drag myself to sit down and write it out. Today is 3rd November. Every 3th of every month is always a day for me to remember. So it will be published today. Enjoy the stories and give your comments. goGOgo~

John missed Jane too. But he is just too afraid to fall in love with her. Why? It is because he had a girlfriend.

(That’s bad. He hides behind his girlfriend’s back and go out with a girl. And why didn’t John tell Jane that he has a girlfriend?)

John did not tell Jane that he had a girlfriend. But he really had a good time being with her and he felt some love. Actually John and his present girlfriend, named Jas, are not very close. John thinks it was like a 1-sided relationship. He loves her but she doesn’t seem to love him at all. They seldom go out, seldom talk on phone and Jas is always busy with her stuffs and John did not know what she is doing at all. Time and time again, John did think of breaking up with Jas but he always hesitated and his heart is soft. It is maybe John really loves her but Jas never cherish him.

(I think Jas never loves John at all. John is just so foolish.)

Jas was like tempting John and playing with him but he does not know. John and Jas did not really contact each other for about two weeks and John think it may be the time to really has a clean break off with Jas. He told himself he is not going to hesitate and do it by all means and not tempted by anything. On the other hand, he is just too afraid to fall in love with Jane. He finds Jane sweet and a nice girl, he thinks he is slowly to like her. He did not think much and let fate to decide for him.

Both of them carried on their own life, going to school, doing their own things. Both still chat in mIRC with each other at night. John will always online every night so that he will not miss a day chatting with Jane as Jane does not come online often. Jane lived quite near to the school and she just need to walk about 10 minute and cross an overhead bridge and she will reached the school. John lived a bit further and he will take bus to school every morning. John know Jane will cross the overhead bridge every morning, so everytime when he was about to bypass the bridge, he will look up to see whether Jane was walking over.

One day, as usual John was about to bypass the overhead bridge, he looked up to see whether Jane was walking over too. He did not see her but when he turned his head to the right, Jane was just about to walk down the bridge and just a few steps away from John. Both of them saw each other. John was like a bit stunned. He quickly said ‘hello’ to her and continued walking to the school. Jane was shocked too. She took a few seconds to get into the situation and say ‘hi’ back. It is just a simple greeting from each other and that make the day for both of them.

(I was like wondering why just a “hello” greeting? They never walk together and talk more while walking to the school? A simple ‘hi’ greeting can make their day so that mean they are just so easily satisfied. Sometimes it is just so nice to be simple. Too bad, we always neglected every little thing that happened around us.)

After Chinese New Year, here comes the next festival. Guess what? Well, got it? It will be Valentine’s Day. The night before Valentine’s Day, both John and Jane went online. As usual they were chatting. John feels like asking Jane out on Valentine’s Day. He was shy and did not want to ask directly. Below will be part of their conservation:

John: So what will be you be doing tomorrow? (Tomorrow will be Valentine’s Day)
Jane. hm.. I got to work tomorrow.
John: Valentine’s Day still need to work?
Jane: Ya lor.

John was like feeling a bit disappointed. John thought Jane would not be free tomorrow so he did not ask anymore and continue to chat on other stuffs.

It was Valentine’s Day. It is not a public holiday and everyone still need to work and going to school. To John, it was just another day. When he was about to leave the classroom for his next lesson, Jas (his classmate) walked to him. At that time, there was only she and him. Guess what happened? Below is the short conservation between John and Jas.

Jas: Hey, John.
John: Ya.
Jas: Jane asked me to give you. (Jas passed a little bag to John.)
John: (feeling a bit surprised) thanks.

John felt a bit strange and at the same time curious on what Jane will gave him. He opened up the bag and took out a small packet of chocolate and a little card. Below will be the contents in the little card:

Hi John,
I enjoyed myself that day. Thank you. Happy Valentine’s Day to you. Here is the chocolate for you.
From Jane.

This will be the FIRST Valentine’s Day present John had ever received. He was very happy and the same time he was feeling bad. Why? It was because he did not get anything for Jane. When he got home, he was thinking what should he get for Jane? He was quite troubled that day. Finally he decided to get a chocolate for her too. He went to the nearby stores to look for the particular brand that he wanted to get for her. But he failed to get the chocolate he wanted. Guess the brand?

Time is just running out for him. He doesn’t want to travel far to look for the chocolate so he went to the store and get a chocolate that are available to replace the particular brand that he failed to get. Now he is quite pleased with himself. He even bought a wrapping paper to wrap up the chocolate. Somehow he feels that his skill on wrapping up a present is lousy. It just looks so ugly. He believed it is the thought that counts and not others. He decided to make a small little card for her too.

He took a lot of efforts to design a beautiful card but not matter how well he tried, it just look so terrible done. After numerous times of designing a card, he decided to give up. He decided to stick to what he had done, no matter how bad it is. It is because he knows no matter how he tried, how much efforts he put in, it will still be the same. Below will be the contents he wrote:

Hi Jane,
Thank you for the chocolate. I enjoyed myself too. I bought you chocolate too.
From John.

Now he is quite satisfied with what he had done. He took the whole day to get everything done. Now another problem arises. How is he going to pass to her? He went online that day, but Jane was not online that day. She must be working now. So he will have to see her tomorrow then he is able to pass to her. The day came, as usual when he walked past the overhead bridge, he will just look up but always he will be disappointed. That day in school, he is always on the look out for her, but he just can’t see her in school at all. He even purposely went to another block to walk pass her class to see whether she was in school today. He just can’t see her.

John went home with disappointment. He decided to re-design the card and went to look for the particular brand that he wanted to get for Jane. Finally he got the chocolate he wanted but he wanted to get a box and they sold only by packet. Anyway, he bought a few packets. He tried to find a box to fill the chocolate but he could not find a suitable box. The box is either too big or too small. In the end, he gave up, he will give another chocolate. He is just so indecisive. He tried to design the card again and once again it just looks so ugly.

(What I can conclude is that either John really has no talents in designing or is it he is just trying to be perfect?)

The next day arrived, same as yesterday, he fail to pass the present to Jane. John decided to give up and he decided not to give the present to her anymore. He threw away the ugly card and ate up all the chocolate. He never tell Jane about this matter when they chat up in mIRC. Jane was online today and John chatted with her. He asked her whether she went to school last few days and she replied “Yes” and she asked “Why”. John never tells her the reason and just tells her nothing.

(John is such a disappointment. He took so much effort to do and get something for Jane but did not give it to her in the end. Or is it maybe Jane has no fate to get that present from John.)

Days go by and they got to know each other better and better. These just go on for about few months. Sometimes they got to see each other in school, but they seldom chat, they just smile to each other. One day, John was about go home. As he was walking past the canteen, he saw Jane alone at the bench doing something. He thought to himself, “Should he walk up to her and talk to her?” or “Should he just walk away and pretend he never see her at all since she did not know I was there?” He was walking slowly, but Jane never turned back so he decided to just walk away and go home.

One day as usual they were chatting and talking about food. So both of them were like introducing nice food to each other. Then Jane was talking about a particular food store that she had not been there for a long time. John knew about that place and never been there before. So Jane decided to ask John for breakfast at that place the next day. John agreed and they arranged a time to meet each other. This time round, John asked Jane for her number.

(He is smart now. Can use this as a reason to ask for her numbers? Is his wish fulfilled?)

And indeed both of them exchanged their numbers. Now they will have another way of contacting each other. John woke up early that day as he did not want to be late at all. He got ready everything and went down to meet Jane. Though it was the second time they meet up, John still feel a bit weird but once again they just got countless things to talk about. They went to that store and ate their breakfast. They had a good time eating. After they ate finished, Jane requested to pay for it since it was her to ask John out for breakfast but John insisted on paying and in the end, John paid for it. Jane does feel bad letting John to pay for it.

After eating, they were walking around the stores nearby. Both got bored and did not know what to do next. And both of them do not want to go home early so they sit down and talk and decide what to do. Jane finally suggested going to a park. John thought it may be a good idea since they can’t think of other better things to do. Both were deciding whether to go East Coast Park or Pasir Ris Park. John had never been to Pasir Ris Park so he preferred to go there instead. Thus they took a train there. After reaching Pasir Ris interchange, they took a bus to the park.

John was getting excited and curious about the park as he had never gone there before. In bus, they sat together. Jane was like folding the bus ticket into a heart shape. John saw it and was asking Jane to teach him on it. John was quite a smart guy and he managed to learn it. Something bad happened, it started to rain. It was really an unlucky day. They decided not to alight and went back to Pasir Ris interchange instead. Both of them were feeling low but too bad, the weather did not go their way.

Few minutes later, the rain suddenly stopped. That’s good. The weather did them good now. They got happy now and quickly alighted from the bus. But they will have to walk back to Pasir Ris Park.

(Something is going to happen there. It is a place where both Jane & John will not forget about it.)

A sad story - The Beginning

This story is about a love relationship between a girl named Jane and a guy named John. Why is it sad? After reading the story, I find it a bit sad so I named it “A sad story”. It will be a long story because I added more things in. The story was divided into 3 parts, namely “The Beginning”, “The Sweetness” & “The Ending”. So I just want to share this story with you guys and hope to get comments from you guys.

Jane and John get to know each other during their secondary school. John is 1 years older than Jane. They get to know each other in the net (mIRC). Though they are in the same school but they do not get to know each other in school. Maybe they do see each other and because they do not know each other so they never talk before. Through net, they know each other and they happen to know that they are in the same school.

Now they know each other name and they chat almost every night when both of them are online. They did happen to see each other in school, but they never seemed to talk in school. (Why? Maybe both of them are shy?) Days just past each day and both of them are just doing their own things. New Year is approaching and both of them were chatting as usual during one of the night. Jane was like telling John that she had not really bought any new clothes for New Year and intended to go next week to shop provided there is someone to accompany her. So John said that if next week no one accompanied her, he might be free to go with her.

On the night before New Year Eve, both of them online and chat again. Jane was like in a rush and chat for a while and she needed to go. John was like wondering why isn’t she asked him about that matter that she said last week?

Below are the conservations just before Jane went offline.

John: have you bought your clothes?
Jane: not yet.
John: no one accompany you out?
Jane: nope.
John: okay. I am free tomolo. Want me to go with you?
Jane. hm.. okay!
John: where you wanna go?
Jane: Chinatown?
John: ok lo, then go Chinatown.
Jane. meet you in school tomolo after school in the canteen.
John: okay.
Jane: I need to go le. bye…
John: bye

(Jane just went off. Both of them didn’t even ask each other for their numbers, I wondered how they are going to contact each other if they fail to find each other in school. I was like wondering whether John and Jane were excited about the dating tomorrow. Maybe I should add in their feelings? Don't tell me they are going to Chinatown in the morning? Don't tell me they are going out wearing school uniform? Well, let's not guess anymore and continue to read on.)

After Jane left, John was alone. He wasn’t talking to anyone else. Maybe he is not interested in talking to other people except Jane. He just did his stuff and went to sleep. He was excited about it. He had never gone out with a girl alone before.

(So that mean John has never gone dating before? That’s really rare for a guy. It is just so weird. Am I right?)

John lied on his bed and within few seconds, he fell asleep. He must be very sleepy.

(How about Jane? Why is she in the hurry to go? What is she busy on?)

Well, she also hopes to talk longer but her sister needed to use the computer and so she had to let her use. Somemore her grandmother is nagging at her not to use the computer too much. She was quite surprised when John asked her about the matter because she told John last week and thought that he might have forgotten about it.

(Why is her grandmother nagging at her? Why isn’t it her parents? Her sister and she lived in their grandmother’s house because it is nearer to the school.)

Today is Chinese New Year Eve and both of them just need to attend school for half day. John was feeling uneasy that day. He was still wondering about meeting Jane later. John’s class was ended few minutes earlier and Jane was still in the class studying. John was still thinking whether to go canteen and waited for her or what? He was just feeling so strange. So he walked out of the school and went home without waiting for Jane.

As he was walking home, he was thinking what is he a coward? Do not dare to wait for Jane. He did thinking of turning back and looked for her, but he didn’t. 10 minutes later, he reached his house, he changed and rest at home. He felt a bit regretted and think that he should have waited for her but it is all too late. He doesn’t know how to find her. He did not even think that how Jane will be feeling when she could not find him. He just assumed that she will leave if she didn’t see him.

The bell rang and Jane lesson was over. She was feeling a bit happy and excited. She walked quickly to the canteen to look for John. But to his disappointment, she could not find him. She was feeling nervous. How possible she can’t find John. She went to his class, no one was there. She went outside school to look for John. She went to the nearby coffee shop, fast food restaurant and other place but she just couldn’t find him. She felt very disappointed. She was like finding him so madly and she was sweating out after walking so quickly to look for John. She went home eventually.

John was online in the afternoon that day. He hope to find Jane there but to his disappointment, Jane was not online. He seldom went online in the afternoon, he go for the sake of finding Jane. He decided to wait for her to arrive.

(Human is just so interesting. John can simply wait for Jane but he chose to go home and now he regretted. Is the called love that John is experiencing now? Will Jane come online?)

After online for about 1+ hour, Jane was still not online. John started to lose hope and believed he will not meet her up today. He was feeling a bit sad but he had no one to blame except himself. Now, he is thinking of what excuse to be given her when they both meet or when both of them are online. Out of sudden, an unknown person privately message John. He was like wondering who this person was. What he wants? His heart only wants to see now is Jane and not any other people.

John clicked on the chat room. The first line that the unknown person wrote was “Are you John?” John was surprised. How come he knows me? How he wants from me? Some questions started to flood into John’s mind. He gets into the situation fast and asked him what he wants. That unknown person started to tell John what he wants. Below are the conservations between them.

Unknown: hi, r u John?
John: ya. who r u?
Unknown: I am Jane’s friends. She was asking me to come online and look for you.
John: oh okay.
Unknown: she was asking you, r u still going with her?
John: hm… okay, where is she?
Unknown: she said meet you at 5pm at Outram Mrt.
John: okay. thanks.

John was like feeling happy. He can go out with Jane later. He was feeling excited too. Things start to wonder on John’s mind. What if he himself doesn’t turn up for the appointment? He was starting to think of backing out last minute again. He chose the best clothes that he had to dress up for the first date. Time started to move, it was nearly nearer and nearer to 5pm. John will need to get out of his house early, if not he will be late. He was still hesitating at the last minute.

(Do you think John will turn up for the appointment?)

In the end, John managed to persuade himself to turn up for the appointment. He had mixed feelings on the way to the Outram Mrt. He was thinking whether later he got anything to talk to Jane, what they will do, what if no one talks and many more other questions. He reached at 5.10pm. John was late. He saw Jane standing at one corner reading a story book. He walked up and called her.

Jane reached there earlier. She was out with her friends in the afternoon and her friends went home early and she reached Outram Mrt at around 4+pm. So that means she waited for more than half an hour. Jane is excited about it and was worried what if she got nothing to talk to John. Anyway, both of them finally meet up. They walked to the Chinatown. On the way, both of them are always talking. They both clicked well with each other.

Chinatown will be the place they go out together for the first time. It was Chinese New Year Eve that day and it was very crowded. Everyone was like shopping last minute for Chinese New Year. The atmosphere is good and everyone seems so happily walking around and buying things. John and Jane just had endless things to talk. Then they walked past a store selling fireworks, John bought fireworks to play because Jane claimed that she had not played fireworks for many years. Jane hurt herself when playing fireworks when she was young and had not played fireworks since then because her parents don’t allow her to play. Both had an enjoyable times lighting up the fireworks and played.

After playing, they continued walking around Chinatown. Both got bored walking around Chinatown and Jane suggested walking to Raffles Mrt. Since it is still early, both walked there. They just talked and talked and talked while walking. Time seemed to be passing very fast and they reached Raffles Mrt. Both of them talk a lot while walking there and now they parted their ways and went home. This will be their first outing and they got with each other very well. Today is Chinese New Year and both of them had their fun celebrating the festival individually with their family members and relatives.

On the second day of Chinese New Year, Jane got home from her relatives’ house at about 11+pm. All of sudden, she missed John. She remembered the day when both of them went out. She wanted to talk to John, she went online but John was not there. She was a bit disappointed and she just wanted to talk to him but she can’t.

(I was wondering why can’t she just call him?)

She just cannot do much thing but to miss him badly that. She doesn’t have his numbers. She asked herself, how come she does not have her numbers? She should ask for his number and why John doesn’t get her numbers?

(Jane is slowly falling in love with John? What is John thinking? Will they got together?)
